    Abstract: PURPOSE: A calcium phosphate-mineralized amphiphilic hyaluronic acid nanoparticle containing poly (ethylene glycol) is provided to enable encapsulation of a hydrophobic drug, and to quickly release a drug, thereby delivering a cancer therapeutic agent to a cancer tissue or cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic polymer nanoparticle has the surface which is modified with poly (ethylene glycol). The amphiphilic polymer is conjugated with a hydrophilic polymer and a hydrophobic material. The surface of the nanoparticle is mineralized. The hydrophilic polymer is hyaluronic acid. The hydrophobic material is a bile acid derivative or a fatty acid derivative. A drug delivery system is prepared by encapsulating a drug in the mineralized amphiphilic polymer nanoparticle.
