The present invention relates to a method for culturing a pseudoislet using an elastin like artificial extracellular matrix which comprises the steps of: coating a plate with the elastin like artificial extracellular matrix; removing a solution remaining on the plate; and culturing pancreatic cells on the plate from which the solution is removed. The elastin like artificial extracellular matrix is characterized by an arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGD) - an elastin like polypeptide (ELP). In addition, the present invention provides the pseudoislet cultured by the culturing method.

PURPOSE: A temperature sensitive double block elastine protein is provided to be used as a substrate for cells and tissue. CONSTITUTION: A double block elastine protein contains an ionic first block; a second block which is derived from elastine or is a mimic peptide and is connected to the first block; and first and second terminals each designated to the first and second blocks. The first block contains amino acid sequence containing at least one among cationic amino acid or anionic amino acids. The second block derived from elastine contains XGVPG penta peptide or cell adhesion RGD tripeptides.

본 발명은 FET형 바이오센서에 관한 것이다. 상기 FET형 바이오센서는, 소스, 드레인, 게이트 영역이 형성된 반도체 기판, 상기 소스, 상기 드레인, 상기 게이트 전극과 각각 연결되는 다수 개의 금속 배선층, 상기 게이트 전극과 상기 금속 배선층들 간의 전기적 절연을 위하여 형성되는 절연층, 소자를 보호하기 위하여 상기 절연층의 표면에 형성하는 소자 보호막, 상기 소자 보호막 및 상기 절연층을 개재하여 상기 게이트 전극의 상부에 형성되는 금속 박막, 상기 금속 박막위에 형성되는 자기조립 단분자막을 구비한다. 상기 금속 박막과 상기 게이트 전극의 사이의 절연층 및 소자 보호막에 하나 또는 다수개의 비아홀을 형성하고, 상기 비아홀의 내부에는 전기전도성 물질을 충진하여 상기 금속 박막과 상기 게이트 전극을 전기적 연결시킨다. 본발명은도파민뉴런유사세포군집체및 그제조방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는종래의 2차원배양또는 3차원배양된세포에비해신경지표발현이우수한도파민뉴런유사세포군집체및 그제조방법에관한것으로도파민뉴런세포로분화율이매우우수하여별도의분화된도파민뉴런세포의분리과정없이도파킨스병등 퇴행성신경질환연구에적합한 3차원도파민뉴런유사세포군집체를수득할수 있다. 또한, 세포간결합을강화시키는물질들의발현을향상시킬수 있고, 배양기재의간단한코팅처리만으로다량의 3차원군집체를제조할수 있으며, 살아있는세포와거부반응을일으키지않는생체의엘라스틴과유사한기질을사용하여배양함으로써생체적합성이우수한 3차원도파민뉴런유사세포군집체를제조할수 있다. 나아가, 미확인병원체의잔류가능성이없어잠재적오염에따른생물학적안전성위험이없으며, 생체유사기질인바선천성면역시스템에서의세포독성반응가능성이없는도파민뉴런유사세포군집체및 그제조방법에관한것이다.

PURPOSE: A method for forming three-dimensional cell aggregate using an elatine-like artificial extracellular substrate, and the three-dimensional cell aggregate are provided to safely enhance productivity without cytotoxicity, and to ensure tissue regeneration ability and biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming three-dimensional cell aggregate containing an elastine-like substrate protein comprises: a step of chemically synthesizing 4 oligonucleic acid salt for forming 7 pentapeptide VGRGD(VGVPG)_6 unit genes; a step of replicating ELP[RGD-V_6]_n(100); a step of expressing E. coli BLR(DE3) in 40 liter TB(terrific broth); and a step of performing reverse phase transition for the purification in a PBS solution at pH 7.2. PURPOSE: A multi-block biopolymer is provided to ensure cell recognition functionality and temperature sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A block biopolymer(100) has m blocks(m is 1-100 integer) which are serially linked. The blocks are one among: peptide I which recognizes cell surface antigen; peptide II with PGX(P is 19 L- or D-amino acids except for L-proline, G is glycine, X is L- or D-proline); peptide III with PGXX; peptide IV with PGXXX; peptide V with PGXGXX; and peptide VI. The peptide I is Arginine-Glycine-Aspartate(RDG) or Arginine-Glycine-Aspartate-Serine(RGDS). The peptide VI which enhances interconnection of the multi-block biopolymers contains PAAAAKAAKZG or PAAAAKAAAKAG.
