    Abstract: PURPOSE: A switching method of a transistor and a switching circuit using the same are provided to switch the transistor by using a lower voltage range than an output voltage with only an N-type or a P-type transistor. CONSTITUTION: A gate voltage and a source voltage are differently changed by forming differently each capacitive coupling effect of a gate and a source of a switching transistor. A voltage difference between the gate voltage and the source voltage is larger than a threshold voltage of the transistor by increasing a variation of the gate voltage and reducing a variation of the source voltage. A supply voltage is applied to an output terminal by turning on the transistor and performing a bootstrapping operation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pixel structure of an active matrix O-LED(Organic Light Emitting Device) is provided to have a uniform light emission characteristics by compensating nonuniform electrical characteristics of a TFT device between pixels. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second switching device select a driving pixel by a scan signal applied from the external, and receive a data current. A capacitor(65) stores charges by a control current applied by the first and the second switching device. The third switching device is selected by the first and the second switching device and writes a data current, and an external power is applied to the third switching device. And a driving device is constituted with a mirror structure with the third switching device, and receives a voltage by the charges stored in the capacitor and applies a current to a corresponding pixel.
