Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing various kinds of low toxic hydrogel using natural polymers and hydrogel produced through the same, wherein the low toxic hydrogel has a rapid absorbing speed and a high absorbing amount. Alginic acid hydrogel and k-carageenan/karaya gum hydrogel exhibiting rapid swelling properties can be applied to a diaper or a hygiene product. CMC hydrogel and amide pectin hydrogel having a slow swelling speed but exhibiting a high horizontal swelling degree can be utilized as a vegetation mat. The hydrogel produced in the present invention can be applied in various fields by producing pores and adjusting a composition rate using various natural polymers.

본 발명은 소수성 불포화지방산과 수용성 키토산의 정전기적 상호작용(electrostatic interaction)을 이용한 나노입자 제조와 종양모델 마우스를 이용한 EPR(enhanced permeability retention: 종양부위에 흡수되는 나노입자의 양과 그 위치에 머무는 시간을 향상시키는 효과)실험을 통해 종양 조직에 효과적으로 축적되며 불포화지방산의 도입으로 암세포에 대한 치료 특성을 갖는 주사제용 및 경구용 항암제의 제조에 관한 새로운 발명이다. 본 발명의 나노입자는 불포화지방산의 캡슐화가 가능하고 불포화지방산의 악취와 산패를 막음으로써 식품-의약품으로의 개발을 가능케 하는 새로운 발명이다. 소수성 불포화지방산과 수용성 키토산의 나노입자는 수용액상에서 구의 형태를 가지며 110-330nm의 크기를 형성한다. 광학영상(optical image)을 위해 제조된 나노입자에 Cy7을 표지시켜 동물실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

PURPOSE: An unsaturated fatty acid-chitosan composite which forms self-assembled nano-particles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the self-assembled nano-particles without adding emulsifier by using electrostatic interaction between water-soluble chitosan and unsaturated fatty acid. CONSTITUTION: An unsaturated fatty acid-chitosan composite which forms self-assembled nano-particles comprises water-soluble chitosan which is represented by chemical formula 1 and unsaturated fatty acid which is combined by applying electrostatic interaction to the water-soluble chitosan. In the chemical formula 1, n indicates an integer of 10-10,000. An end part of the unsaturated fatty acid is esterified by combining end part of carboxyl group with alkyl group having 1-10 carbons. Oxygen of the ester takes part in the electrostatic interaction.

PURPOSE: An EPA-containing liposome which is coated with thiol chitosan and a method for preparing the same are provided to maximize stability, efficiency, and absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing EPA-containing liposome coated with thiol chitosan comprises: a step of adding a volatile organic solvent to a mixture to prepare a phospholipid solution; a step of evaporating and concentrating the phosphlipid solution to prepare a thin film; a step of adding thiol chitosan solution to the thin film; and a step of hydrating thin film to prepare liposome.

PURPOSE: An antimicrobial agent containing essential oil loaded in polymeric beads is provided to effectively and safely enhance anti-microbial activity. CONSTITUTION: An antimicrobial agent contains essential oil loaded in polymeric bead as an active ingredient. The polymeric bead is alginate bead. The essential oil is essential oil of tea tree, chamomile or eucalypus. The microbial is Staphylococcus aureus. A method for producing the antimicrobial agent comprises: a step of homogenizing essential oil and polymer solution(0.1-10% w/v of polymer) in a volume ratio of 1:100-1,000; and a step of dropping mixture solution into bead forming solution, washing and drying. The bead forming solution is calcium chloride, magnesium chloride or calciumsulfate solution.

Provided are a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition and an application-type gel, which prepare a curcumin-containing gel by adding curcumin to gel formulations for transdermal delivery to check an effect of treating wound, and treat skin wound containing the same. Through in vitro anti-inflammatory experiments and in vivo animal experiments, the present invention can check an increase of reepithelialisation tendency on a wounded area when using the curcumin-containing gel, thus is capable of being used for preparing the application-type gel which promotes wound healing.
