Abstract: PURPOSE: An antimicrobial agent containing essential oil loaded in polymeric beads is provided to effectively and safely enhance anti-microbial activity. CONSTITUTION: An antimicrobial agent contains essential oil loaded in polymeric bead as an active ingredient. The polymeric bead is alginate bead. The essential oil is essential oil of tea tree, chamomile or eucalypus. The microbial is Staphylococcus aureus. A method for producing the antimicrobial agent comprises: a step of homogenizing essential oil and polymer solution(0.1-10% w/v of polymer) in a volume ratio of 1:100-1,000; and a step of dropping mixture solution into bead forming solution, washing and drying. The bead forming solution is calcium chloride, magnesium chloride or calciumsulfate solution.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种含有载于聚合物珠粒中的精油的抗微生物剂，以有效和安全地增强抗微生物活性。 构成：抗微生物剂含有载于聚合物珠中的精油作为活性成分。 聚合物珠粒是藻酸盐珠粒。 精油是茶树，洋甘菊或桉树油的精油。 微生物是金黄色葡萄球菌。 制备抗微生物剂的方法包括：以1：100-1,000的体积比均匀化精油和聚合物溶液（0.1-10％w / v的聚合物）的步骤; 以及将混合溶液滴加到珠形成溶液中，洗涤和干燥的步骤。 珠形成溶液是氯化钙，氯化镁或硫酸钙溶液。
