Abstract:
A turbidity measuring probe and a turbidity measuring apparatus thereof are provided to detect ultrafine particles contained in sample water by irradiating laser light having high energy on sample water. A turbidity measuring probe comprises a barrel-shaped housing(20), a lighting-emitting part(30), and an optical detector(40). The lighting-emitting part comprises: a first lamp(31) being built in the housing and emitting ultraviolet light in order to detect microorganism which is contained in the sample water; a second lamp(33) emitting the laser light in order to detect corpuscle; and a third lamp(35) emitting the infrared ray in order to detect general cloudiness. The optical detector detects light or the fluorescence being emitted from the lighting-emitting part to the outside to the housing and being scattered with the sample water.
Abstract:
A multi-channel fluorescence detector is provided to measure dissolved oxygen concentration, pH, carbon dioxide concentration, the concentration of specific ion, and fluorescence intensity of biochemical substance at the same time in a single well. A multi-channel fluorescence detector comprises a light source(10) emitting excited light, an illumination part(30) consisting of a light source connector(31), an excited light irradiator(32), and a bandpass filter(33), a sample receiving part(40) in which the excited light having the wavelength of specific range passing through the bandpass filter of the illumination part, and a light detecting part(50) equipped in the block of the illumination part. The sample receiving part includes a plurality of wells(41) housing a sample containing a fluorescent material. The light detecting part is composed of a fluorescence path(51) in which the fluorescence radiating from the sample housed in the well of the sample receiving part travels, a bandpass filter(53) installed on the fluorescence path, and a sensor(52) connected to the end part of the fluorescence path and detecting the delivered fluorescence.

A multi-channel bio-reactor is provided to detect dissolved oxygen, CO2, pH, monosaccharides, polysaccharides, organic acids, alcohols, cholesterols, cholines and xanthines in situ through optical detection. A multi-channel bio-reactor comprises a plurality of wells where an optical sensing membrane is formed, wherein the optical sensing membrane includes a fluorescent dye and a bio-conjugate or a sensor material where a bio-molecule is encapsulated into the fluorescent dye and the bio-conjugate, wherein the fluorescent dye is a ruthenium complex, HPTS(8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt) or fluoresceinamine and the bio-molecule is protein, amino acid, enzyme, antigen or antibody. Further, the fluorescent dye detects optically dissolved oxygen, CO2 and pH.

An optical sensor probe and a detection method using the same are provided to detect various analysis materials by using an optical sensor probe in an in-situ method. An optical sensor probe includes a first optical fiber, and a second optical fiber. The light emitted from a light emitting diode passes through the first optical fiber. The light emitted from fluorescent dye passes through the second optical fiber. The optical fiber may be a single cord of optical fiber for passing the light emitted from the light emitting diode and the fluorescent dye therethrough. The light emitting diode is disposed perpendicular to a photo diode.

본 발명은 양자점을 이용한 목적 단백질 분석용 광학면역반응 센서에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 양자점과 졸-겔 기술을 이용하여 목적 단백질의 농도를 측정한 후 자동화된 순차주입분석기술을 이용하여 목적 단백질의 농도를 분석할 수 있는 광학면역반응 센서로서, 상기 광학면역반응센서의 이용은 고가의 유용단백질의 시료를 재사용할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 측정과정이 단순하여 분석 시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 측정 신호를 개선하여 측정 안정성을 유지할 수 있는 장점 및 생체 내 특정인자, 목적단백질의 발현정도 및 발현유무, 호르몬의 검출 등 동시에 다양한 검출 및 온라인 모니터링을 한 번에 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
