Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical pH sensing polymeric film is provided to enable long term usage due to physical and chemical stability, to show linear fluorescence change in a wide pH range, and to prevent the adhesion of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an optical pH sensing polymeric film comprises the steps of: (a) adding a monomer having anti-fouling property, a monomer having a fluorescein group, a base monomer, cross-linking agent and photopolymerization initiator to a solvent to prepare a mixture; and (b) applying the mixture on the surface of a substrate and then performing photopolymerization that enables irradiation of ultraviolet rays to prepare a polymer film.

Abstract: A positive type photosensitive polyimide composition containing a photobase generator is provided to obtain a positive type photosensitive polyimide capable of minimizing generation of contaminants and preventing a drop in resolution by using a reaction development patterning process. A positive type photosensitive polyimide composition comprises: a soluble polyimide represented by the following formula 1; polyamic acid represented by the following formula 2; and a photobase generator having an oxime-urethane group represented by the following formula 3. In the formulae, n is an integer of 3-10,000; p is 0 or 1; each of P and Q represents at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of phenyl, naphthyl, pentadienyl, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl-substituted phenyl, naphthyl and pentadienyl; and B is a leaving group including a C1-C20 aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon compound.

Abstract: 본 발명은 안티파울링 특성을 가지는 센서용 다공성 고분자막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 용매에 포스포릴콜린 그룹을 가지는 단량체, 수용성 단량체, 가교제, 광중합 개시제 및 필라(pillar)를 첨가시켜 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 제조된 상기 혼합물에 자외선을 조사하여 광중합시켜 고분자막을 형성시키고, 형성된 상기 고분자막에 함유된 필라(pillar)를 제거시키는 센서용 다공성 고분자막의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 센서용 다공성 고분자막에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 안티파울링 특성을 가지는 센서용 다공성 고분자막은 다공성으로 인하여 기질의 투과가 자유롭고, 물리, 화학적으로 안정하여 센서의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 미생물이나 유기물 등과 같은 부유물이 센서 표면에 흡착하여 감도를 저하시키는 현상을 방지하여 화학, 임상병리, 환경감시적 차원에서 사용되는 다양한 센서에 적용할 수 있다.

Abstract: A copolymer resin for preventing the adhesion of microorganism, a method for preparing the copolymer resin, a coating material containing the copolymer resin, and a method for forming a coating by using the coating material are provided to improve solvent and chemical resistance, to enhance antifouling property and to reduce shrinkage. A copolymer resin comprises a repeating unit represented by the formula 1 and a repeating unit represented by the formula 2, wherein R1 and R3 are independently a C1-C5 alkyl group; R2, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are independently H or a C1-C20 alkyl group. The copolymer resin is prepared by mixing a phosphocholine derivative, glycidyl (meth)acrylate and an initiator; and stirring the mixture at 40-80 deg.C for 10-30 hours for radical polymerization.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A porous polymer film for a sensor with an anti-fouling property is provided to facilitate substrate penetration, to ensure physical and chemical stability, to improve the lifetime of a sensor, and to prevent the phenomenon for lowering the sensitivity caused by floating materials such as microorganisms or organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous polymer film for a sensor with an anti-fouling property comprises the steps of: (a) adding a monomer having a phosphorylcholine group, water-soluble monomer, cross-linking agent, water-soluble monomer, cross-linking agent, and pillar to a first solvent to prepare a mixture; (b) applying the mixture on the surface of a substrate and performing photopolymerization irradiating ultraviolet rays to prepare a polymer membrane; and (c) adding the prepared polymer film to a second solvent and removing pillar to prepare a porous polymer film.

A manufacturing method of the cyclic epoxide-HALS UV antioxidant comprises the steps of dissolving a diepoxide derivative and 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidine by an identical amount in a solvent or without a solvent and reacting them for 1~50 hours; precipitating the reactant, filtering the precipitate and drying the filtered one at 40~80 °C; and dissolving the product in tetrahydrofuran, re-precipitating it in an organic solvent, and filtering and drying it.
