Abstract:
PURPOSE: A removing method of gastropoda through regulation of hydrogen ion concentration is provided to efficiently and safely peel off gastropoda adhered to the adhesive substrate by using acid and alkalinity in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A removing method of gastropoda comprises a step of peeling the gastropoda from the adhesive substrate by adding acidity agent or alkalinity agent. The acid agent comprises an organic acid or fruit juice. The organic acid is at least one selected from malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, and fumaric acid. The fruit juice is at least one selected from lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Japanese apricot juice, and citron juice. The acidity agent includes hydrochloric acid. The alkalinity agent includes at least any one selected from NaOH, and potassium hydroxide.

A composition comprising the extract of Rhus verniciflua bark is provided to inhibit proliferation of fish pathogenic bacteria, and enhance fish immunity by increasing activity of lysozyme in blood, so that the composition is useful for prevention and treatment of fish pathogenic bacteria-induced infection. A composition for prevention and treatment of fish pathogenic bacteria-induced infection comprises the extract of Rhus verniciflua bark which is prepared by suspending Rhus verniciflua bark in distilled water and extracting the suspension of Rhus verniciflua bark with non-polar organic solvent selected from n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate and n-butanol, or methyl-3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate represented by the formula(I) isolated from the Rhus verniciflua bark extract, wherein the fish pathogenic bacteria include Edwardsiella tarda, Vibrio anguillarum, Flexibacter maritimus and Photobacterium damselae subsp. piscicida.

The present invention provides RbFTL-3 protein, nucleic acid molecules coding RbFTL-3, a fish cell transformed to the nucleic acid molecules, a composition inhibiting viral hemorrhagic septisemia virus (VHSV) infection comprising the nucleic acid molecules, and a method for inhibiting VHSV of fish. The nucleic acid molecules used in the present invention are involved in inhibition of VHSV infection of a fish cell, and if overexpression of RbFTL-3 protein is induced by transforming the fish cell using the nucleic acid molecules, VHSV infectiousness is reduced. The nucleic acid molecules of the present invention can be used for developing drugs having resistance to infection of VHSV. According to the present invention, mortality of fish caused by VHSV infection can be reduced, thereby securing fish resources.

CONSTITUTION: An antiviral composition for fish pathogenic viruses includes Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract which is obtaind by extracting a Rhus verniciflua Stokes sample with 80% methanol. The antiviral composition for fish pathogenic viruses contains Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract which is obtaind by extracting a Rhus verniciflua Stokes sample with 80% methanol as an active ingredient. An organic solvent is hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and butanol fraction. An antiviral composition for fish pathogenic viruses Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract which is obtaind by extracting a Rhus verniciflua Stokes sample with 80% methanol as an active ingredient.
