본 발명은 천연물질을 이용한 기능성 어유 조성물 및 이를 이용한 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 울금 추출물을 어유에 첨가함으로써 산패를 방지하여 어유의 품질을 향상시킴과 동시에 기능성을 강화시킬 수 있는 어유 조성물 및 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 천연물질을 이용한 기능성 어유 조성물은 어유에 울금 추출물을 첨가한 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 울금 추출물은 물, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알코올, 다가 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 추출용매를 가하여 추출한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A removing method of gastropoda through regulation of hydrogen ion concentration is provided to efficiently and safely peel off gastropoda adhered to the adhesive substrate by using acid and alkalinity in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A removing method of gastropoda comprises a step of peeling the gastropoda from the adhesive substrate by adding acidity agent or alkalinity agent. The acid agent comprises an organic acid or fruit juice. The organic acid is at least one selected from malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, and fumaric acid. The fruit juice is at least one selected from lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Japanese apricot juice, and citron juice. The acidity agent includes hydrochloric acid. The alkalinity agent includes at least any one selected from NaOH, and potassium hydroxide.

A method for inducing an early spawning by controlling a maturation duration of Konosirus Punctatus and for producing a seed by using the same is provided to allow users to secure a mother fish of the Konosirus Punctatus and to manage it artificially and to control a spawning and fecundating period freely by managing a cultivation environment. A method for producing a seed of Konosirus Punctatus includes the steps of: selecting and cultivating a superior mother fish; managing the cultivation by controlling a breeding environment and a maturation duration of the adult fish; inducing the matured mother fish to spawn and then obtaining a fertilized egg by fecundating a laid egg; rearing the fertilized egg to a fry or young fish; and producing the seed of the Konosirus Punctatus.

본 발명은 무화과 잎을 이용한 양어용 사료에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 무화과 잎 에탄올 추출물을 첨가하여 어류의 성장촉진과 면역 증강을 개선할 수 있는 양어용 사료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 무화과 잎을 이용한 양어용 사료는 무화과 잎 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하고, 무화과 잎 에탄올 추출물은 무화과 잎과 에탄올을 1: 8~12의 중량 비율로 혼합하여 균질화시켜 추출한 것을 특징으로 한다.
