Abstract: A beat type heart-lung auxiliary device is provided, in which the damage of a tube is reduced and which lengthens the lifetime of the tube. A beat type heart-lung auxiliary device comprises: an oxygenation unit(100) which injects the oxygen into blood; an oxygen container(400) which is connected to the hollow fiber in order to supply oxygen to blood; and an air compressor(140) which periodically injects the air into the expansion member. The oxygenation unit comprises: a main body; a plurality of hollow fibers installed inside the main body; and an expansion member(120) which pumps blood coming from the heart of the human body to be circulated.

Abstract: 본 발명은 세신(細辛,
Radix

Asari ) 추출물을 포함하는 항당뇨 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 세신 추출물은 싸이토카인 (IL-1β 및 IFN-γ)에 의한 췌장 β-세포주인 RINm5F 세포 독성을 억제하였다. 이와 같은 세포 보호 효과는 래트로부터 분리한 islets에서 인슐린 분비능을 유지함을 통해 확인하였다.
구체적인 반응기전을 살펴보면 세신 추출물은 싸이토카인에 의한 NF-κB 활성의 증가를 유의하게 억제하였으며, 이는 IκBα의 분해 억제에 기인하였다. 싸이토카인에 의한 NF-κB 활성 억제는 NF-κB 타겟 유전자인 iNOS 유전자 발현을 억제하여 대사 산물인 산화질소 (nitric oxide) 생성 감소를 통해 세포를 보호하는 것으로 증명되었다. 이상의 실험 결과로 세신 추출물을 제1형 당뇨병 예방 및 치료제로서 사용가능한 것이다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 종래에 폐기되던 뽕나무 가지를 이용하여 발묵성이 우수하고 표면이 균일하는 등 물성이 우수한 상백지를 제조할 수 있는 뽕나무를 이용한 상백지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 뽕나무 가지로부터 벗겨내어 얻은 흑피를 농도가 8~10 g/L의 수산화나트륨 용액을 이용하여 12~14시간 동안 증자시키고, 20~24시간 동안 방치하여 증해하여 얻은 백피를 고해 및 초지공정을 거쳐 상백지를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: A hangover relieving agent contains a flavonoid and taurine extracted from Atractylodis Rhizoma alba, Puerariae Radix, Cyperi Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Agastachis Herba, Alpinia officinarum, Hordei Fructus Germinatus, Caryophylli Flos, Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, or Ginseng Radix rubra. The hangover relieving agent is used for treating or preventing a fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease, liver cirrhosis, or cholestasis.

Abstract: A composition for preventing and treating obesity, which contains a N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and taurine is provided to suppress the differentiation of pre-adipocyte and adipocyte and efficiently protect the increase of adipocyte. A composition for preventing and treating obesity comprises 35-100 weight part of N-acetylcysteine and 20-50 weight part of taurine as active ingredients. The composition further comprises a pharmaceutically suitable and physiologically allowable adjuvant. The adjuvant is a solubilizing agent of solvent, disintegrant, sweetener, binder, coating flux, expander, lubricant, lubricant or flavoring agent. The composition additionally contains pharmaceutically allowable carrier. The carrier is distilled water, sterilized water, ringer solution, buffering saline, dextrose solution, maltodextrin solution, glycerol or ethanol. The composition is used in a form of diluents, dispersing agent, surfactant, binder, formulation, pill, capsule, granule, or tablet.
