본 발명은 경구접종용 가금티푸스 예방 백신에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 가금티푸스 예방용 경구용 생균 백신은 침습적 접종(피하 및 근육 접종)으로 인한 부작용을 최소화할 수 있고, 세포성 및 점막성 면역능력을 지속적으로 향상, 유지시킴으로써 야외 균주에 대한 방어력도 우수하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A live vaccine composition containing bacteria incapable of surviving at the environment is provided to easily produce and store the vaccine, and to safely and effectively prevent diseases when injecting to domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A live vaccine composition containing auxotrophic bacteria which is lack of essential genes necessary for the outgrowth of a cell, and need to be supplied with the essential genes from a auxotrophy recombinant vector. The auxotrophic bacteria are either the Salmonella typhi, the S. typhimurium, the S. enteritidis, the S. galinarum, the S. dublin, the S. Cholerae-suis or the S. pullorum. The essential genes necessary for the outgrowth of the cell is aspartate kinase, aspartate semialdehyde dehydrogenase, dihydrodipicolinate synthase, dihydrodipicolinate reductase, tetrahydrodipicolinate reductase, glutamate:succinyl-diaminopimelate aminotransferase, or succinyldiaminopimelate desuccinylase.

본 발명은 약독화된 살모넬라 변이주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 위축성 비염 및 파스츄렐라성 폐렴의 동시 예방용 생균 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 살모넬라 변이주는 위축성 비염 및 파스츄렐라성 폐렴에 대한 항원인 부착인자 CP39, PtfA, FimA 또는 F1-P2, 독소인자 ToxA 유전자를 세포 밖으로 분비하여, 가축의 면역을 활성화시킴으로써, 위축성 비염 및 파스츄렐라성 폐렴 동시 예방용 백신으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a ghost salmonella strain and a vaccine composition containing the same as an active ingredient to prevent fowl salmonellosis and, more specifically, to a recombinant vector for inducing a ghost Salmonella strain; a ghost Salmonella strain transformed by the recombinant vector; and a vaccine composition containing the ghost Salmonella strain as an active ingredient to prevent fowl salmonellosis. The ghost Salmonella strain according to the present invention has immunogenicity and preventive effects similar to live vaccines, but no concern about the restoration of pathogenicity and pollution of ecosystem; and a ghosting process is controlled without the concern about horizontal or vertical transmission of antibiotic-resistant genes, thereby cutting production costs and having an excellent preventive effect against the fowl salmonellosis.
