    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant vector for a development/secretion of a foreign protein is provided to improve the secretion efficiency and to confirm the development of the foreign protein by combining and epitope. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for a development/secretion of a foreign protein contains a signal peptide, a protein development verifier epitope and an insertion site for the foreign protein. The signal peptide is either an OmpW signal peptide, a StfA signal peptide or a AgfA signal peptide. The protein development verifier epitope is either a His epitope, an RGS-His epitope, a T7 epitope or a V5 epitope. The insertion site for the foreign protein comprises an EcoRI, BamHI, SalI and HindIII cutting region. The producing method of the foreign protein comprises the following steps: culturing a transformant obtained by transforming a host cell using the recombinant vector; and confirming the foreign protein at a western blot.

    Abstract: An attenuated Salmonella live vaccine is provided to be easily and economically produced and stored and prevent Salmonella infection safely and efficiently when administered to a domestic animal.
