Abstract:
본 발명은 광학 점착제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 광학 점착제 필름에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 자외선 비경화성 화합물을 포함하는 광학 점착제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 광학 점착제 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 경화수축율을 줄임으로써 광경화시 발생하는 가장자리 부분의 수축에 이한 빛샘 현상과 같은 leakage 문제를 해결할 수 있고 디스플레이 구동시 온도에 의한 접착력 저하 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An optical adhesive composition is provided to obtain an adhesive layer with low storage, modulus, low elastic modulus, and high adhesion. CONSTITUTION: An optical adhesive composition comprises a mixture of a urethane (meth)acrylate copolymer with a weight average molecular weight of 30,000-60,000g/mol; and a urethane (meth)acrylate copolymer with a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-30,000g/mol. The viscosity of the optical adhesive composition at 25 deg. C is 2,000-4,000cps. The curing contraction ratio of the composition represented by formula 1: curing contraction ratio= (viscosity of a liquid composition before curing-viscosity of solid after curing)/viscosity of a liquid composition before curing*100, is 1.5% or less.

PURPOSE: A photocurable adhesive composition is provided to have excellent outdoor visibility, to have excellent elongation, adhesion, impact strength, and light transmittance, thereby minimizing shrinkage phenomena. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable adhesive composition comprises an isoprene-based rubber, xylene-formaldehyde resin, photocurable monomer, and photoinitiator. The pH of the photocurable adhesive composition 4 or more, the adhesion is 20 kgf or more, the shrinkage ratio at curing is 3% or less, and the elongation by ASTM D638 is 400-800%. The weight ratio of the isoprene-based rubber and xylene-formaldehyde resin is 60:40-95:5. The isoprene-based rubber contains a vinyl group in the terminal thereof, the weight average molecular weight of the isoprene-based rubber is 10,000-50,000 g/mol, and the glass transition temperature is (-70)-(-50) deg. C.

PURPOSE: A photocurable adhesive composition is provided to have excellent outdoor visibility, to minimize substrate corrosion by having 4 or more of pH, to minimize shrinkage at curing, and to have excellent elongation, light transmittancy, and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable adhesive composition comprises 35-75 wt% of a urethane (meth)acrylate resin 5-30 wt% of a hydroxy group-containing polybutadiene, 15-40 wt% of a photocurable monomer, and 1-5 wt% of a photoinitiator. The pH of the photocurable composition is 4 or more, curing shrinkage ratio of 3% or less, elongation due to ASTM D638 is 200-800%, and modulus is 10-50 kPa. The mixing ratio of the urethane (meth)acrylate resin and the hydroxy group-containing polybutadiene is 70:30-95:5.

CONSTITUTION: An optical adhesive composition comprises a compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of n and m is an integer from 0-10 excluding that both of n and m are 0; each of Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, and Q8 is hydrogen, a linear or branched C1-10 alkyl group, hydroxyl group, C1-10 alkyl group substituted by a hydroxyl group, or -(-CH2-)s-O-[-CH2-CH2O-]t-CH2CH2OH; and at least one of Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, and Q8 is a hydroxyl group, C1-10 alkyl group substituted by a hydroxyl group, or -(-CH2-)s-O-[-CH2-CH2O-]t-CH2CH2OH, where s and t is an integer from 0-5.
