본 발명은 매트릭스 및 상기 매트릭스에 함침된 보강재를 포함하고, 광 조사 전의 모듈러스(A)에 대한 광 조사 후의 모듈러스(B)의 비(B/A)가 1 미만이고, 광 조사 후의 유리전이온도가 250℃ 이상인, 이를 포함하는 표시 소자용 기판 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite sheet including reinforcing material impregnated in a matrix of the sheet, cyclic siloxanes, and polysiloxane reactants comprising a linear terminal vinyl group. The composite sheet suppresses ring strain deformation and pyrolysis under the environment of temperatures higher than 350°C, reducing defects of the material resulting in a high temperature process when producing substrates.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A substrate for a display device is provided to reduce flatness and moisture permeability and to improve flex resistance, flexibility, and durability. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for a display device comprises a matrix(2), a reinforcing agent(1) impregnated in a matrix, a coating layer formed on at least one side of the matrix, and a barrier layer(4) formed on one side of the coating layer. If the elastic modulus of the matrix is E2 at 25°C and the elastic modulus of the coating layer is E3 at 25°C, E3/E2 is 5 x 10^4 or less. The coating layer has a gradient elastic modulus structure. The elastic modulus of the matrix at 25°C is 0.1GPa or less. The elastic modulus of the coating layer is 0.1GP-10GPa. The elastic modulus of the barrier layer is 10GPa or more. The coating layer comprises one or more selected from an acrylic-based resin, epoxy-based resin, silicon-based resin, urethane-based resin, and unsaturated polyester-based resin.

PURPOSE: An antistatic adhesive composition is provided to ensure excellent antistatic property and durability. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic adhesive composition contains 100.0 weight parts of (meth)acrylic adhesive resin with a functional group which binds with a cross-linking agent, 0.01-15 weight parts of cross linking agent; and 0.1-10 weight parts of quarternary ammonium salt. The quarternary ammonium salt is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R3 are independently hydrogen, linear alkyl of C2-C12, branched alkyl of C2-C12, alkoxy alkyl, and carboxy alkyl.
