    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyamide resin with excellent thermal resistance is provided to have excellent melting temperature, crystallization temperature, and thermal decomposition temperature, and to have low moisture absorbency, and excellent color property. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin with excellent thermal resistance is manufactured by polymerization of an aliphatic diamine monomer mixture, and a polyester resin. The aliphatic diamine monomer mixture comprises a C2-6 aliphatic diamine monomer, and a C6-12 aliphatic diamine monomer as a monomer having a carbon number different with the aliphatic diamine monomer. An ester group of the polyester resin has amine terminal group number of 30-1,000 μeq/g by reacting with a monomer of the above aliphatic diamine monomers.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, an apparatus for continuous solid state polymerization includes: a feeder for continuously charging pre-polymer; a horizontal reactor which is connected with the feeder by a first connection part, receives the pre-polymer from the feeder to perform a solid state polymerization reaction therein, and rotates; an agitator which includes an agitating shaft rotating in the direction opposite to the direction of the horizontal reactor, and an agitating wing vertically joined with the agitating shaft in the horizontal reactor; and a chamber which is connected with the horizontal reactor by a second connection part, receives a polymer which has been processed by the solid state polymerization reaction and is discharged from the horizontal reactor, and discharges the polymer. The feeder, the horizontal reactor, and the chamber are in vacuum conditions. The apparatus prevents a congestion zone of the pre-polymer from being generated, and can continuously perform the solid state polymerization reactions without inert gas under a vacuum condition.
