A manufacturing method of the polyarylene ether comprises a step of manufacturing polyarylene ether by reacting monohydroxy aromatic compounds under the presence of a dissolving agent, a catalyst and oxygen. The dissolving agent is anisole. The catalyst is a complex catalyst which comprises a copper salt and an amine-based compound.
