Abstract: A copolymerized polyamide resin of the present invention has a structure in which a dicarboxylic acid part induced from dicarboxylic acid (A) and a diamine part induced from diamine (B) are repeated. Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyphenylene ether resin is provided to be able to easily remove an amine compound which is a catalyst in manufacturing polyphenylene ether resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyphenylene ether resin comprises a step of manufacturing polyphenylene ether resin by oxidative polymerization of monomer of Chemical formula 1 under the presence of metal compounds and carbon nanotubes modified with amine. In Chemical formula 1, Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 are hydrogen, halogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 haloalkyl, C1-10 aminoalkyl or hydroxyl, respectively. The amine is monoamine, diamine or triamine. The carbon nanotubes have the length of 100 nm - 100 micron and the diameter of 0.5-50 nm.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film with an improved pre-bonding process is provided to strengthen adhesion of a conductive adhesive layer as maintaining suppression of electric short generation which is a major effect of the prior multi-layer anisotropic conductive film. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film is formed by stacking a conductor adhesive layer and an insulation adhesive layer. The content of a reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer is more than the content of a reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer is 25 or 50 weight% of the total weight of the conductive adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer is 20 or 40 weight% of the total weight of the insulation adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer exceeds the content of the reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer by 1 times or 2 times.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyarylene ether is provided to have a quick polymerization rate by using a mixture of anisole and nonsolvent of which solubility of polyarylene ether is low upon polymerization of polyarylene ether. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyarylene ether contains 1-3000 ppm of an anisole and 1-3000 ppm of a non-solvent, and has a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-70,000 g/mol. The non-solvent is a solvent which is insoluble to polyarylene ether and soluble to a catalyst. A manufacturing method of polyarylene ether comprises: a step of manufacturing polyarylene ether by reacting monohydroxy aromatic compounds under the presence of a mixture of a dissolvent and a non-solvent, a catalyst and oxygen. The catalyst comprises a copper salt. The dissolvent is anisole.
