PURPOSE: A polarizing film and a liquid crystal display with the same are provided to reduce temperature deviation by more rapidly dispersing heat generating in a backlight to an entire panel. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing file comprises a polarized light device(10) and protection films(11A, 11B). The protection films are formed in one surface or both surfaces of the polarized light device. A coating layer(12) has 10 to 500 W/mK of heat conductivity and contains particles of which mean diameter is 0.1 to 500nm. The coating layer is formed between one of the protection film and a backlight unit.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to provide high adhesion, high durability and high reliability comparison to PVA based adhesive comprising water-dispersible NCO. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of an aqueous binder having one or more hydroxy group, 5-40 parts by weight of a compound having hydroxamic acid functional group, and 1-40 parts by weight of reaction initiator having aromatic sulfonyl group. The reaction initiator is toluene sulfonyl chloride. The adhesive composition additionally comprises one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of solvent and a cross-linking agent. An adhesive comprises a compound comprising isocyanate functional group, and aromatic sulfonate ion.

PURPOSE: An adhesive is provided to have excellent antistatic performance, maintaining existing excellent light leaking, and to have physical property balance of adhesion, antistatic property, durability, transparence, and light leaking property. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive has the surface resistance of 10^8 - 10^12 angstrom/sq, and difference in brightness(ΔL) between an edge part and a center part by formula of ΔL = [(a+b+d+e)/4]-c is higher than 0, or less than 1. In formula, a, b, d, and e is average luminance on site corresponding the 1/16 of total surface from an end part of each side of an optical element, and c is average luminance of 1/32 of the surface of a center part in the optical element.

The insulating space blocks an insulating head to the display unit from the edge light source by introducing on the backlight unit.
