    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polarizing film and a liquid crystal display with the same are provided to reduce temperature deviation by more rapidly dispersing heat generating in a backlight to an entire panel. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing file comprises a polarized light device(10) and protection films(11A, 11B). The protection films are formed in one surface or both surfaces of the polarized light device. A coating layer(12) has 10 to 500 W/mK of heat conductivity and contains particles of which mean diameter is 0.1 to 500nm. The coating layer is formed between one of the protection film and a backlight unit.

The reaction initiator is toluene sulfonyl chloride. The adhesive composition additionally comprises one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of solvent and a cross-linking agent. An adhesive comprises a compound comprising isocyanate functional group, and aromatic sulfonate ion.
