Abstract: PURPOSE: A black photosensitive resin composition is provided to obtain a light blocking layer with improved process margin by forming micropattern of 10 um or less without decrease of a film thickness while maintaining sensitivity of moderate level. CONSTITUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerization initiator which includes a first oxime compound and a second oxime compound with a weight ratio of 1:4-4:1, which have different light absorbance from each other; an organic binder resin; black pigment; a reactive unsaturated compound; and a solvent. A black photosensitive resin composition uses a light shielding layer. The light shielding layer includes patterns which is obtained by inserting a mask to a coating, exposing, and developing the mask. The mask includes a half tone mask or slit mask. Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition for a black matrix, and a black matrix prepared by using the composition are provided to improve sensitivity, optical concentration, development margin, heat resistance and chemical resistance. A photosensitive resin composition for a black matrix comprises 5-20 parts by weight of a black pigment; 1-40 parts by weight of a binder resin; 1-20 parts by weight of a photopolymerizable compound; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator; and 0.01-5 parts by weight of at least one organic solvent-soluble dye. Preferably the organic solvent-soluble dye is an anthraquinone-based dye, and more preferably is a dye represented by the formula 3.
