Abstract: PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition is provided to form a film with high insulating property and after image and to use as a light blocking layer for enhancing contrast or chromogenic effect of a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) 0.5-20 weight% of cardo-based binder resin, (B) 0.5-20 weight% of reactive unsaturated compound, (C) 0.05-10 weight% of photopolymerization initiator, (D) 1-20 weight% of pigment, and (E) a remaining amount of a solvent. The metal content is 1,500 ppm or less. The pigment comprises phthalocyanine-based pigment. The metal is copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), molybdenum(Mo) or combination thereof.
