Abstract: 본 발명은 클레이 강화 폴리유산 스테레오컴플렉스 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 클레이 강화 폴리유산 스테레오컴플렉스 수지 조성물은 (A) 제1 폴리유산 수지 80 내지 99.9 중량%, 및 (B) 제2 폴리유산 수지로 함침처리된 클레이 0.1 내지 20 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 제1 폴리유산 수지와 제2 폴리유산 수지는 서로 다른 이성질체인 것이다.
상기 클레이 강화 폴리유산 스테레오컴플렉스 수지 조성물은 친환경 수지 조성물로서 내가수분해성, 기계적 강도 및 내열성이 모두 우수한 물성 밸런스를 가지며, 이에 따라 정밀 전기전자 부품, 사무기기, 자동차 정밀 부품, 잡화 등과 같이 내열성 및 기계적 강도가 요구되는 다양한 성형품에 적용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyamide resin composition is provided to have excellent balance of physical properties of mechanical property, heat resistance and dimensional stability, thereby capable of being used for various molded products, especially for plastic exterior products like electric and electronic components, UTH(under the hood) of vehicles, etc. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin composition comprises 20-80 weight% of crystalline polyamide mixed resin, 1-30 weight% of non-crystalline polyamide resin comprising an aromatic group, and 10-50 weight% of glass fiber. The crystalline polyamide mixed resin comprises a first crystalline polyamide resin comprising an (A-1) aliphatic group, and a second crystalline polyamide resin comprising an (A-2) aliphatic group. The comprised amount of the silane compound is 0.1-1.5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the total weight of the polyester resin, the vinyl-based graft copolymer, and the glass fiber.
