    Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound for organic photoelectric device is provided to have high hole or electron transportability, a film stability, thermal stability, and triplet excitation energy. CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic photoelectric device is combinations of chemical formula 1, chemical formula 2, or chemical formula 3. An organic photoelectric device comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and at least one or more layers of organic thin film layers inserted between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The organic thin film layer comprises the compound for organic photoelectric device. The thin filmy layer is selected from a group selected from an electroluminescence layer, a hole transport layer, a hole injection layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, a hole block layer, and combinations thereof.

    Abstract: A multicomponent light emitting nanoparticle, a luminophore containing the nanoparticle, and an organic photoelectric device containing the luminophore are provided to improve the energy transfer efficiency from a host to a dopant, thereby enhancing luminous effect. A multicomponent light emitting nanoparticle comprises a host compound which can transport a hole or an electron; and a dopant compound which comprises a coloring matter or a dye and is dispersed by a nano-size of 1,000 nm or less. Preferably the ratio of the host compound and the dopant compound is 0.1:1 to 10,000:1 by weight. Preferably the dopant compound is selected from the group consisting of an aromatic monocyclic compound, an aromatic fused ring compound, a hetero monocyclic compound, a hetero fused ring compound, a stilbene-based compound, a styryl-based compound, an azobenzene-based compound, a carbonium-based compound, an indigo-based compound, a squalene-based compound, fluorene and its derivatives, and their mixtures.
