Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing and constructing a bridge using longitudinal girders integral with cap beams which involves constructing longitudinal girders integral with cap beams on heads of piles and then constructing a floor plate on the girders after the piles are installed. According to the present invention, the construction method is conducted wherein the piles are spaced apart from each other by a given distance (L) along an extension direction (A1) of the length of the bridge, and at the position transversely spaced from the extension direction at the intermediate portion (L/2) between the two piles, the piles are spaced apart from each other by the given distance (L) along an extension direction (A2) of the length of the bridge.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pile support type prefabricated type pier construction method is provided to enable the economical and rapid construction of a pier by using a prefabricated method. CONSTITUTION: A pile support type prefabricated type pier construction method comprises the following steps: installing a pile (100), inserting the fastening rod of the pile into the connection hole of a cap beam (200), and connecting a cap beam to the pile using a fastener (130); installing a top steel frame on the top of the cap beam and fixing a deck to the top steel frame; filling infill concrete (110) into the pile and embedding the bottom end of a fastening rod (120) into the infill concrete; and exposing the top end of the fastening rod with a screw part to the top of the infill concrete.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A light concrete and a safety display device using the same are provided to secure the safety of a pedestrian and a driver by improving the visibility of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A light concrete comprises a body part(110), a light collecting unit(120), a light transmitting unit(140) and a light emitting unit(160). The body part is formed by curing concrete materials. The light collecting unit is arranged on one side of the body part and has a lens for collecting external light. Abstract: 예컨대 해상 등의 지반에 말뚝을 시공하고 상기 말뚝 상부에 바닥판을 시공하여 설치되는 잔교시공 방법에 대한 것으로서, 말뚝을 잔교의 연장방향 즉 종방향으로 서로 이격되도록 시공하고, 상기 말뚝의 상부에는 캡빔을 설치하게 된다. 이러한 캡빔은 프리캐스트 구조물로서 PHC 말뚝의 상단부를 확장시켜 교각의 코핑부 역할을 하도록 하게 된다. 이때 상기 캡빔과 PHC 말뚝은 서로 봉 체결방식을 따르게 되는데 이러한 봉 체결방식은 먼저 PHC 말뚝의 상부 중공에 속채움 콘크리트를 타설함과 더불어 체결봉을 상기 속채움 콘크리트에 매입시키고 상단이 노출되도록 하게 된다. 이에 상기 상단이 노출된 체결봉의 상단이 캡빔을 관통하도록 하고 캡빔 상면에서 체결구를 이용하여 PHC 말뚝에 간단하게 캡빔을 체결시켜 시공하게 된다.
