Abstract: 본발명은셀룰로오즈계섬유구조물을인계화합물및 질소화합물의수용액에함침시켜건조한후, 질소분위기에서열처리하여셀룰로오즈인산암모늄에스테르화합물을형성하고, 이를이온교환반응에의하여셀룰로오스인산나트륨에스테르화합물로전환시키고, 여기에니켈, 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 크롬, 알루미늄, 철, 지르코늄및 실리콘으로이루어진군으로부터선택된내화금속을커플링 (coupling)함으로써금속셀룰로오즈인산에스테르화합물로구성되는난연성셀룰로오즈계섬유구조물을제조하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명의방법으로제조된난연성섬유소재는방염소재, 고온용필터소재, 고온시설물의단열재, 건축자재및 전선피복의절연재등으로사용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface structure in which a polyamine and a substrate are chemically combined, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the surface structure which implements an excellent carbon dioxide adsorption quantity and high operation effect in the separation process; and capable of being reused. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a surface structure comprises the following steps. A step of combining a substrate in which a silane compound which includes a carbon double bond which is represented as the chemical formula 1 is chemically combined on the surface of the substrate which includes silicon; a step of forming a polyamine in which the polyamine which is represented as the chemical formula 3 forms the substrate which is chemically combined according to a reaction between silane compound which is represented as the chemical formula 1 in which the surface and one end of the substrate are chemically combined; and primary amine which is represented as the chemical formula 2. a, b, c and n are the whole number of 0-5 in the chemical formula 1. m is the whole number of 0-5 in the chemical formula 2. 2 로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 구조를 포함하고 있으며, 우수한 난연성과 절연성을 가지고 있다. 상기 난연성 셀룰로즈계 섬유 소재의 제조방법은 셀룰로오스 섬유구조물을 붕소화합물과 질소화합물의 수용액에 함침 건조시키고, 질소분위기하에서 300 - 500℃의 온도범위에서 붕소화반응시켜 셀룰로오즈 보레이트화합물을 형성시키고 냉각하는 것으로 구성된다.
본 발명에서 제조되는 난연성 셀룰로오즈계 섬유 소재는 우수한 난연효과로 인해, 건축재와 방열복으로 사용가능할 뿐만 아니라, 절연효과 또한 탁월하여, 고압전선과 케이블의 피복재로 활용이 되는 등 광범위하게 응용될 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing a cellulose fiber structure by impregnating a cellulose fiber structure with an aqueous solution of a phosphorous compound and a nitrogen compound, heat treating in a nitrogen atmosphere, converting the obtained cellulose ammonium phosphate ester compound to a cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound by ion exchange and coupling a refractory metal is provided. Thereby the obtained fiber structure can be used for fire retardant material, insulating material and high temperature filter material. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: forming a cellulose ammonium phosphate ester compound by impregnating a cellulose fiber structure containing cellulose fiber with an aqueous solution of a phosphorous compound and a nitrogen compound and reacting at 200 to 400deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere; forming a cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound by ion exchange of the formed compound in a sodium hydroxide solution; coupling with a metal ion by impregnating the formed cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound with an alcohol solution of refractory metal chloride.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An ion exchange fiber is characterized by being graft copolymer type and having many ion exchange functional groups. Therefore, the ion exchange fiber has excellent ion adsorptivity. The ion exchange fiber is useful for an atmospheric clarifier for air-conditioning of a building and removing ionic dust, a clarifier for treating water, a separating unit and a recovering device of various heavy metals, a module of an electric dialyzer and an air clarifying filter. CONSTITUTION: The PAN type ion exchange fiber is obtained by the steps of: preparing PAN fiber or fiber structure material; reacting in liquid amine compound having alkyl group; and then drying the fiber. Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an anhydride-based electrorheological fluid containing chitosan dicarboxylate, which is excellent in electrorheological property, dispersion-stability, corrosion-resistance, abrasion-resistance, friendly property to environment, and high temperature stability.
