Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrostatic air filter is provided which improves filtration capability by manufacturing various types of filters spun with polymer fiber using air extrusion and increasing a surface charge density of the fiber at the same time, and a method for manufacturing the electrostatic air filter is provided. CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic air filter spun with polymer fiber of which surface charge density is increased is obtained by heating thus melting polymer resin(1) until it becomes a viscous fluid, spinning the molten material into micro polymer fiber before the material is deposited on a rotating target(5), and cooling the polymer fiber as the micro polymer fiber is being discharged with a corona discharger, wherein the target is in a drum or pleated shape, and the polymer resin(1) is polypropylene, polyethylene, or a mixture prepared by mixing polypropylene with polyethylene in a mixing ratio of 50:50. The method for manufacturing the electrostatic air filter spun with polymer fiber comprises the steps of heating thus melting a polymer material in an extruder(2) until it becomes a viscous fluid; depositing the molten polymer material on a revolving target(5), thereby forming a polymer spun fiber(4); and obtaining a polymer spun fiber(4) in which surface charge density is maximized, and static electricity is retained by cooling the deposited polymer spun fiber(4) as it is being discharged under a corona discharger, wherein an electric field of 10 to 40 kV is impressed to the corona, and the corona is positioned at the upper part of the spun fiber target(5).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring a polluted rate of oil is provided to effectively reduce time required for measuring a polluted rate of oil in a working place, to notify a measured result in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a polluted rate of oil includes a light transmitting part(2), a light receiving part(3) and an operating part. The light transmitting part projects light emitted from a light source toward oil measured. The light receiving part has a sensor for sensing intensity of light and receives light, which is projected from the light transmitting part and passes oil measured. The operating part determines a polluted rate of oil, to be measured, through the intensity of light sensed by the sensor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for controlling a step motor is provided to adjust an excitation force of a winding so as to minimize a step angle by modulating a pulse width of a control signal applied to a winding of the step motor. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling a step motor comprises a high frequency generator(1) which generates a reference signal(C) to provide the reference signal to digital comparators(3,4) through a counter(2). An inverting counter(5) receives a step pulse signal(Clc) from a univibrator(12) to generate a periodic tooth waveform signal(A). A running state discriminating signal(Up/Dn) of a step motor is applied to the inverting counter(5). ROMs(6,7) receive the tooth waveform signal(A) of the inverting counter(5) to convert sine waveform signals(B1,B2), respectively.
