Abstract: PURPOSE: The peptides being capable of specifically binding with sLeX is provided, which can be effectively used for inhibiting the infection with bacteria and developing vaccine, or as therapeutic agents. CONSTITUTION: The peptides being capable of specifically binding with sLeX represented by a sequence selected from SEQ ID NO 1 to SEQ ID NO 5. Wherein, the sLeX is a tetrasaccharide and a critical substance in signal transfer between the cells or the recognition of pathogen; the peptide having the sequence of SEQ ID NO 1 contains multiple repeated amino acid sequence of SHWDQPRPGLKP; and the peptide having the sequence of SEQ ID NO 2 contains multiple repeated amino acid sequence of AHWPRYSSPATA.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供能够与sLeX特异性结合的肽，其可有效用于抑制细菌感染和开发疫苗，或作为治疗剂。 构成：能够与由选自SEQ ID NO 1至SEQ ID NO 5的序列表示的sLeX特异性结合的肽。其中，sLeX是细胞之间的信号转移或病原体识别中的四糖和关键物质; 具有SEQ ID NO 1的序列的肽含有多重重复的SHWDQPRPGLKP的氨基酸序列; 并且具有SEQ ID NO 2的序列的肽含有AHWPRYSSPATA的多个重复的氨基酸序列。
