Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for polymerizing polymer oligonucleotide is provided to easily polymerize and use for treating various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polymer oligonucleotide having 100-40,000bp of molecular weight is prepared by physically or chemically binding small molecular oligonucleotides. The oligonucleotide is DNA, RNA, siRNA, or antisense oligonucleotide. The small molecular oligonucleotide is siRNA comprising 15-30 nucleotides. A polymer oligonucleotide carrier is obtain by binding biopolymer or synthetic polymer to the large molecular oligonucleotide.
