Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for polymerizing polymer oligonucleotide is provided to easily polymerize and use for treating various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polymer oligonucleotide having 100-40,000bp of molecular weight is prepared by physically or chemically binding small molecular oligonucleotides. The oligonucleotide is DNA, RNA, siRNA, or antisense oligonucleotide. The small molecular oligonucleotide is siRNA comprising 15-30 nucleotides. A polymer oligonucleotide carrier is obtain by binding biopolymer or synthetic polymer to the large molecular oligonucleotide.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供聚合寡聚核苷酸的聚合方法，以容易地聚合并用于治疗各种疾病。 构成：通过物理或化学结合小分子寡核苷酸制备具有100-40,000bp分子量的聚合物寡核苷酸。 寡核苷酸是DNA，RNA，siRNA或反义寡核苷酸。 小分子寡核苷酸是包含15-30个核苷酸的siRNA。 通过将生物聚合物或合成聚合物结合到大分子寡核苷酸获得聚合物寡核苷酸载体。
