    Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical visualization method of a graphene crystal plane is provided to reduce time and costs and to check a crystal structure of a wide area capable of being observed with a polarization microscope. CONSTITUTION: An optical visualization method of a graphene crystal plane is as follows. A target graphene layer is formed on a substrate (5). A liquid crystal layer (15) is formed on the target graphene layer. A target graphene crystal plane is visualized by measuring optical properties of the liquid crystal layer. The substrate is selected from a group composed of glass, polymer, a semiconductor, and a mixture thereof.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve conductivity by inserting a metal electrode inside a light active layer through a fine pattern. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(2) is formed on a substrate(1). The substrate is a glass substrate or a flexible polymer substrate. A hole transfer layer(3) is formed on the transparent electrode. A light active layer(6) is formed on the hole transfer layer, and includes an electron donor material and an electron acceptor material. A pattern is formed on the light active layer by a nano imprint method. An electron transfer layer(7) is formed on the patterned light active layer. A cathode electrode(8) is formed on the electron transfer layer.
