Abstract: 본발명은연료전지연료전지의고분자전해질막-전극접합체용전극의분리방법과그 장치에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는연료전지의고분자전해질막-전극접합체(MEA; Membrane-Electrode Assembly)용전극으로서데칼전사필름(Decal Transfer Film)에코팅되어있는전극시편에대하여물에결빙시키는결빙법으로전극만을손상없이그대로분리하는새로운분리방법을적용함으로써, 고가의 MEA를파단또는변형시키지않고서도용이하고신속하게전극만을분리하여전극의기계적물성을사전에신속하게정량화할수 있게하여내구성이우수한 MEA를개발하기위해필수적인장기간내구평가기간을획기적으로단축시킬수 있는새로운전극분리방법과그 장치에관한것이다.

Abstract: 본발명은바이오마커로서부위특이적으로 N-당쇄화된당펩타이드를이용하여바이오마커의 N-당쇄변화를탐지하는방법에관한것이다. 좀더 구체적으로, 본발명에서는비특이적단백질분해효소를이용하여혈액의햅토글로빈을펩타이드와당펩타이드로분해하였으며, 207번과 211번등 총 4개의 N-당쇄화부위를가진당펩타이드만을분리하였다. 본발명자들은이렇게얻은 4개의 N-당쇄화부위에결합된당펩타이드를이용하여종양특이적바이오마커를발굴함으로써고특이적이고고감도인종양의 N-당쇄변화를탐지하는방법을발명하기에이르렀다.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及使用N-糖肽作为生物标志物的特殊部位检测生物标志物的N-糖交换的方法。 更具体地,本发明用非特异性蛋白质分解酶将血液的触珠蛋白溶解成肽和糖肽,并分离总共四个N-糖基化部分的糖肽,包括数字207,211等。本发明的发明人发现 具有与N-糖基化部分结合的糖肽的肿瘤特异性生物标志物,本发明人能够找到检测高特异性和高敏感性肿瘤的N-糖交换的方法。

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to diagnose gastric cancer by detecting the changes in the sugar chain, and to a kit to diagnose gastric cancer and, more specifically, to a method to diagnose gastric cancer based on the reduction of a high mannose structure of an N-sugar chain compared with a normal person in case of increasing fucosylation of an N-linked glycosylation of haptoglobin derived from a gastric cancer patient detected by a lectin or weight analysis method; and increasing or practically changing the structures of the specific sugar chain in accordance to an antennary division using a lectin or a weight analysis method as a diagnosis while the detected N-sugar chain structures uses lectin or weight analysis method as a diagnosis marker, and to a kit diagnosing gastric cancer.
