Abstract: PURPOSE: A Fresnel lens which represents light guide complex-type condensing lens for photovoltaic is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of a system by drastically extending a tolerance range of an oriented error in which 0.1 is given. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell (140) is arranged in the center of a condensing lens module (110). Multiple condensing lens units are arranged to have circular symmetry around the solar cell in the condensing lens module. The condensing lens unit comprises a Fresnel lens (120) and a light guide plate (130) which is arranged in the lower part of the Fresnel lens. A unit condensing lens part is formed with a pattern of concentric circle around the edge surface in the upper side of the Fresnel lens. The upper side of the light guide plate is formed in order to combine with the lower side of the Fresnel lens by corresponding thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A 3D stacked package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably protect a semiconductor chip mounting area, thereby preventing deterioration and damage of the package. CONSTITUTION: A flexible board(20) comprises a conductive pattern(2) for electrical connection with the outside of a unit object. A semiconductor chip(10) is mounted on one side where the conductive pattern is formed. A cavity penetrates a rigid plate(30). The rigid plate is attached to the flexible board by a non conductive adhesive(3). The thickness(t1) of the rigid plate is bigger than the thickness(t2) of the semiconductor chip.

Abstract: 반도체 패키지는 패키지 기판, 반도체 칩 및 리드 프레임을 포함한다. 반도체 칩은 상기 패키지 기판의 상부면에 배치되어, 상기 패키지 기판과 전기적으로 연결된다. 리드 프레임은 상기 패키지 기판의 하부면에 전기적으로 연결된다. 따라서, 외부접속단자로 솔더 볼 대신에 리드 프레임을 사용하게 되므로, 솔더 볼 사용으로 야기되는 제반 문제점들이 완벽하게 해소될 수 있다. 특히, 몰딩 부재가 반도체 패키지의 상부면, 하부면 및 측면들을 둘러싸게 되므로, 반도체 패키지는 향상된 내습성을 갖게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A side corner condensing lens device for photovoltaic is provided to minimize a volume and weight of sunlight collecting device by collecting the sunlight with solar cell which is installed in the side corner of condensing lens. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell (130) is arranged in the center of the condensing lens module (110). Multiple condensing lens units (120) are arranged by having circular symmetry around the solar cell in the condensing lens module. A unit condensing lens part is formed as a pattern of concentric circle around the edge surface which is facing the solar cell in the condensing lens unit. A torus shaped reflecting mirror is formed in the fixed position of the lower side which is facing the unit condensing lens part. The condensing lens unit concentrates the sunlight which is projected to the upper side to the solar cell by reflecting and totally reflecting.
