Abstract:
A method for measuring a frame weight based peak signal-to-noise ratio of a dynamic image is disclosed. The method for measuring the peak signal-to-noise ratio as an item for assessing a quality of a multimedia image comprises the steps of: calculating an initial peak signal-to-noise ratio by comparing an original image transmitted from a transmitter and a received image of a receiver which receives the original image; and calibrating the initial peak signal-to-noise ratio by using a weight according to lost packets for each frame of the received image. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S301) Compare an original image and a received image(PSNR measurement); (S302) Calculate Factor 慣; (S303) Calculate ePSNR

Disclosed are a method for measuring power consumption of a router equipment and an apparatus thereof. The method for measuring power consumption of a router equipment may include the steps of: configuring experiment environment by stabilizing surrounding experiment condition for power consumption measurement experiment of a measurement apparatus; installing a router to measure power consumption to a DUT and connecting a port to use to a traffic generator; driving a routing protocol and an additional function which is to be activated in the DUT; measuring power consumption (PIdle) of the DUT under the state that the traffic generator does not transmit traffic load; and transmitting the traffic load to the port connected in a packet size determined in the traffic generator and measuring power consumption (PRouter) of the DUT. [Reference numerals] (AA) START; (BB) END; (S301) Stabilize surrounding experiment condition of measurement apparatus; (S302) Install router in DUT to measure power consumption; (S303) Drive routing protocol and additional function to be activated in DUT; (S304) Measure DUT power under state that traffic generator does not transmit traffic load; (S305) Traffic generator transmits traffic load to port connected in determined packet size and measures DUT power
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Method and load distribution device controlling transmission of a packet between server and multiple hosts, method and server of receiving a packet from the load distribution device are provided to minimize damage due to distributed attack. CONSTITUTION: A load distribution device (10) includes an identification information processing unit (11), a packet input unit (12), a host identification unit (13), an authentication judgment unit (14), a packet transmission unit (15) and a database (16). The packet input unit receives a packet having a server as a destination from one host of the plurality of hosts. The host identification unit analyzes the packet and identifies one host. The authentication judgment unit judges whether the identified host is authenticated by the server or not. The packet transmission unit transmits the packet to the server according to the judged result. The identification information processing unit receives the identification information of the host authenticated by the server of the plurality of hosts from the server and stores the identification information in the database. The authentication judgment unit judges whether the identified host using the database is the authenticated host or not. [Reference numerals] (11) Identification information processing unit; (12) Packet input unit; (13) Host identification unit; (14) Authentication judgment unit; (15) Packet transmission unit; (20) Server; (30) Host; (AA) Packet; (BB) Identification information; (CC) Packet
