    Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramic composite material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent different ceramic particles from forming secondary phases by adjusting the particle sizes of the ceramic particles before performing a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic composite material comprises a sintered substance in which different ceramic particles are uniformly dispersed. The different ceramic particles contain different ceramic components and have different particle sizes. The formation of secondary phases is rarely occurred in the different ceramic particles. A method for manufacturing a ceramic composite material comprises the steps: adjusting each particle size of different ceramic particles containing different ceramic components; forming a slurry by dispersing and mixing the ceramic particles in a solvent; forming ceramic composite powder by removing the solvent from the slurry; and forming a ceramic composite material by sintering the ceramic composite powder.
