Abstract: 본 발명은 잡음 제거 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 음성인식 및 음성 복부호화기를 위한 잡음 제거 방법에 있어서, 음성신호인 목적신호의 위치를 선행 정보로 입력받는 단계와, 복수의 마이크로부터 수신된 다채널 음향신호에 대해 시간영역 주파수 분할 필터링을 수행하는 단계와, 상기 주파수 분할된 신호에 대해 상기 선행 정보를 바탕으로 채널별 신호 상관도를 이용하여 목적신호를 추정하는 단계와, 각 주파수 밴드의 신호에 대해서 학습률을 조절하는 단계와, 상기 조절된 학습률에 따라 주파수 밴드별 빔포밍을 수행하는 단계와, 각 주파수 밴드별 빔포밍을 합성하여 시간영역의 목적신호를 복원하는 시간영역 주파수 합성 필터링 단계를 포함함으로써, 목적신호를 최대한 보존하면서 잡음을 제거할 수 있기 때문에, 음성신호의 신호 대 잡음 비가 크게 향상될 뿐만 아니라 그 결과 높은 품질의 음성 통화가 가능해질 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A noise removing device and a method therefor are provided to separate a frequency response of a target signal and a frequency response of a noise signal by using position information of the target signal and remove a noise. A plurality of microphones(100a,100b) receives sound signals in which a voice and a noise are included. A target signal information input unit(200) receives a position of a target signal, which is a voice signal, as preceding information. An equalizer information input unit(300) outputs equalizer information for correcting mismatching among a plurality of the microphones(100a,100b). A noise removing unit(400) analyzes frequencies of the sound signals, and estimates whether respective frequency responses of the sound signals are a frequency response of a noise signal or a frequency response of the target signal on the basis of the preceding information. A control unit(500) controls the operation of a plurality of the microphones(100a,100b), the target signal information input unit(200), the equalizer information input unit(300), and the noise removing unit(400). The control unit(500) analyzes the frequencies of the sound signals received through a plurality of the microphones(100a,100b), estimates whether the respective frequency responses are the frequency response of the noise signal or the frequency response of the target signal on the basis of the preceding information, and removes a noise by using the estimated result.

Abstract: Disclosed are a wastewater purifying apparatus and a wastewater purifying method for the management building of a floating fish cage. The wastewater purifying apparatus comprises: a flow rate adjustment tank for adjusting the flow rate of incoming wastewater, storing the wastewater and sludge, and conducting the basic decomposition of the organic matters in the wastewater; an aeration tank for supplying air required to decompose the organic matters in the wastewater; a microbial reaction tank for changing the organic matters in the wastewater into effluent and air by decomposing the organic matters in the wastewater using microorganisms, and generating the sludge; a ultraviolet sterilization tank for purifying the effluent into sterilized water by transmitting ultraviolet rays to the effluent; and a water storage tank for discharging the sterilized water after storing the sterilized water for a predetermined period.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing a drowsy driving are provided to output a warning sign which can turn around the attention of a driver. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) sensing a drowsy driving comprises a sensor(120), a data converter(112), a drowsy driving decision unit(114), and a warning unit(116). The sensor unit measures the head motion of the driver. The data converter receives the output of the sensor unit and creates a head motion vector. If the head motion vector is larger than the defined vector, the drowsy driving decision unit judges on driver as driving a drowsy drives. The warning unit outputs the warning signal on the driver adjudged as the drowsy driving.
