PURPOSE: A gas incineration toilet capable of being easily moved and installed is provided to easily treat waste in a small region or a temporary region. CONSTITUTION: A gas incineration toilet comprises a urine and feces separating plate (100) which separates urine and feces from each other; a urine-sterilizing apparatus which sterilizes the stored urine and after measuring a set water level of urine in a urine storage container (112); a feces-incinerating apparatus which bonds a feces container being filled with the separate feces to a furnace and incinerates the feces. A waste-treating method of excrement using the gas incineration comprises a step of separating feces and urines flowing through the toilet and storing the same; a step of sterilizing the store urine and feces when the water level of the urine in the urine storage apparatus; and a step of incinerating the feces. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the circulation of heating water are provided to improve the heating efficiency of a heating system or a boiler system by selectively controlling the flowing direction of heating water depending on the temperature and flow rate of the heating water. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the circulation of heating water comprises a first measurement unit(100/1), a second measurement unit(100/2), first, second, third, and fourth solenoid valves(102/1,102/2,102/3,102/4), and a control unit(104). The first measurement unit measures the temperature and flow rate of heating water flowing into a circulation pipe. The second measurement unit measures the temperature and flow rate of heating water flowing out of the circulation pipe. The first solenoid valve is installed between the first measurement unit and the inlet of the circulation pipe. The second solenoid valve is installed between the first measurement unit and the outlet of the circulation pipe. The third solenoid valve is installed between the second measurement unit and the inlet of the circulation pipe. The fourth solenoid valve is installed between the second measurement unit and the outlet of the circulation pipe. The control unit selectively controls one or more the solenoid valves to bidirectionally circulate the heating water through the circulation pipe.

PURPOSE: A drowsy driving detector and a method thereof are provided to judge drowsy driving exactly by sensing a pulse signal of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A drowsy driving detector contains: a sensing block(100) installed to a steering device of a vehicle, and radiating an infrared LED with driver's hands, and receiving reflected signals correspondingly to the luminous infrared LED, and then transmitting the value of a light receiving sensor; and a control block(200) receiving the transmitted value of the light receiving sensor and removing noise, and then abstracting a pulse signal, and comparing the value of the abstracted pulse signal with the preset datum value and judging the drowsy driving.

PURPOSE: A porous silica composite and a method for preparing the same are provided to sensitively diagnose pathogens, small molecular material, proteins, and DNA. CONSTITUTION: A porous silica composite comprises: magnetic nanoparticles with peroxidase activity; and an enzyme which provides a reactive substrate catalyzed by peroxidase or an enzyme using a reactant catalyzed by peroxidase. The substrate catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide is hydrogen peroxide. The reactant catalyzed by peroxidase is water(H_2O) or oxygen(O_2). The porous silica is MSU, SBA, MCM, or KIT. A method for preparing the porous silica composite comprises: a step of precipitating the magnetic particles inside a pore of the silica; and a step of fixing the enzyme into the pore.

A method for fixating a biomass on a substrate using gold nanoparticle is provided to increase an immobilization capacity of the biomass compared with an existing method by uniting gold nanoparticles with many biomasses by a three dimensional structure and be uniformly immobilized and steadily formed compared with the existing covalent bond due to bond by the adsorption with the gold nanoparticles and the substrate. A method for fixating a biomass on a substrate using gold nanoparticles includes steps of: (a) manufacturing gold nanoparticles-biomass composite by mixing the gold nanoparticles and the biomass; and (b) fixing the substrate of the gold nanoparticles-biomass composite through adsorption of the substrate and the gold nanoparticles by spotting the composite on the substrate.

PURPOSE: A portable toilet for separating solid and liquid is provided to facilitate installation by miniaturizing a toilet bowl and to prevent the illegal dumping of urine and feces. CONSTITUTION: A portable toilet for separating solid and liquid comprises a body(125), a seat(101), a liquid storage(119), a solid storage(133), a feces receiver(111), and a central control part(113). The body forms an outer housing of the portable toilet. The seat is installed on the top of the body. The feces receiver is installed under the seat and is obliquely positioned to flow liquid among urine and feces to the liquid storage. A valve is installed on the surface of the feces receiver. The valve is operated to transfer solid among the urine and feces so that the solid can be fallen to the solid storage. The central control part controls the entire operation of the portable toilet.
