Abstract: A self-controlled function module, a control method thereof and a system using the same are provided to enable the self-operation of each function module by making the module confirm the processing state of input data, input parameter and output data so that the processing standby time of the function module may be minimized and the system efficiency may be improved. Abstract: PURPOSE: A motion estimation method through an SAD(Sum of Absolute Difference) estimation is provided to decrease the number of search points satisfying the conditions in SEA(Successive Elimination Algorithm), thereby reducing the calculation amount.
