Abstract: 본 발명에서 다루는 로봇은 초음파, 적외선 등의 센서 장치를 통해 충돌회피를 포함한 주행 기능을 제공하며, 카메라, 디스플레이, 마이크, 스피커 등의 장치를 통해 음성 녹음, 음성 재생, 영상 녹화 등의 기능을 제공하는 최소한의 기능을 가진 경량의 로봇을 대상으로 하며, 음성 인식과 음성 합성, 영상 인식, 화자 인식, 제스처 인식 등과 같은 기능을 제공하는 외부의 서버와 연동하여 해당 기능을 로봇의 기본 기능처럼 제공해 줄 수 있는 로봇 관리 서버의 구조 및 로봇 내부 구조를 제안한다. 이러한 구조를 통해 로봇 내부 구조를 접근하는 동일한 인터페이스의 제공이 가능하게 되며, 로봇 개발자들은 이러한 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 기종의 로봇을 다루는 응용의 개발 및 로봇의 기본 기능에 제약 받지 않고 응용을 개발 가능하게 된다. 또한, 상태 진단을 통해 로봇의 운영 중 발생할 수 있는 오동작과 장애를 파악하여 적절한 처리를 할 수 있는 응용의 개발이 가능하게 된다.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing a context-aware service and a method thereof are provided to reflect a new context description or the change of an existing situation, more conveniently by defining the context based on the description method. A user context model unit(200) comprises a context management unit(240), a context rule unit(210), a state transition model(230) and a converting unit. Information related to at least one context information is defined in the script type in a context rule. The state transition model is formed by one or more transitions which connect a plurality of states. According as a new context is generated correspondingly to the change of an external environment, the transition is generated from the first state to the second state.

Abstract: A service recommending method for a network-based robot and a service recommending apparatus for appropriately providing various services by learning a service use pattern through network-based robot are provided to offer various services by learning service use pattern through interaction with a user. Abstract: A method and a system for processing sensor data in a context-aware system are provided to facilitate context-based application development by recognizing external environment change through sensors and managing the change through a working process. Each sensor service(21) generates a low level event by collecting raw sensor data through a driver(211) of the physical sensors. An STHQ(Short-Term History Queue)(22) selectively, and temporarily stores the generated event and the previous events by each event interceptor(23). The event interceptor forms an EIC(Event Interpretation Chain) performing interpretation by connecting the generated event and the previous events, and generates or removes the event, or processes the generated event into the event needed for an upper level service through connection with the STHQ. An event publisher transfers the event stored in the STHQ to a context manager to use the event to context-based application.
