Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobile gateway device and an IP base service connection method thereof are provided to offer effective IP base service to a user terminal, and to improve portability of the IP base service without stopping of the service. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of internal interfaces(110) have a network connection standard which is different to support connection of different kinds of user terminals. A plurality of external interfaces(120) have the different network connection standard to be connected to the different exterior network. A controller(130) gives an ID on the user terminal connected to a plurality of internal interfaces. The controller selects the proper external interfaces. The controller offers IP base service.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmitter impedance pre-amplifier integrated circuit for an optical pulse receiver capable of improving a sensitivity and an operation frequency of a transmitter impedance optical pulse receiver by connecting two MOS transistor in parallel as a resistor is provided.
