Abstract: A voice call delivery apparatus and a method thereof delivering an incoming call of a wired telephone to a remote place are provided to confirm a call of the wired telephone at remote place by delivering the voice call to a communication terminal connected on IP network. Abstract: PURPOSE: An internal distributed node IPC(Inter Processor Communication) method with a function distribution type is provided to transmit a message to an object using an address of a LAN(Local Area Network) in an application program which performs an IPC, classify a corresponding process using a message type, a message identification number, and a destination port number, and exchange the message. CONSTITUTION: An IPCMP(IPC Message Protocol) generates a fundamental IPCMP header of a message using a destination port number, a source port number, and a message type number on the basis of a received IPC message(402). The IPCMP determines whether the message is disassemble according to a size of the message with reference to the generated fundamental IPCMP header, disassembles the message(403), and completes an IPCMP message. An Ethernet header is added to the completed IPCMP message using an Ethernet type number and an Ethernet destination address through a lower driver, and the IPCMP message is transmitted to a line processor node(404). A message received in a receiving message queue is transmitted to an IPCMP layer, and the IPCMP header is checked for checking an error of the message(406). A corresponding socket protocol is called according to a message type and a destination port number, and a reassembly process is performed in case that the message is disassembled(407). An IPC message is transmitted to an application program process using an intrinsic port number and a message type number(408).
