    Abstract: The devcie makes D channel of 2 layers distibuted, adaptively applies D channel traffic, and improves a cost, maintenance, and realization. The device includes a subscriber card (10) which executes a layer 1 function from B and D channel information, a sub highway means (9) which transfers a B channel information from a subscriber card (10), a subscriber control bus (8) which transfers D channel information from the subscriber card (10), a 1st and 2nd layers control processor (6) which executes a 2 layer function. The subscriber card (10) includes a basic access interface card (12), a primary access interface card (13), and a basic rate multiplexing interface card (14).

    Abstract: 본 발명은 NRZ 데이터의 비트 패턴 및 비트 속도에 따라 비트 동기 장치의 PLL 루프 이득이 민감하게 변하지 않을 뿐만 아니라, NRZ 데이터에 천이가 없거나 전압제어 발진기의 클럭 주파수 변화 범위가 크더라도 외부 기준 클럭펄스의 주파수의 배수에 동기되게 전압제어 발진기를 발전시켜 NRZ 데이타와 클럭을 안정되게 복구하는 비트 동기장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
    본 발명은 위상비교기(21), 제1위상 및 주파수 비교 이득 조절기(22), 주파수 비교기(23), 제2위상 및 주파수 비교 이득 조절기(24), M분주기(25), 저역 여파기(26), 및 전압제어 발진기(27)를 구비하고 있다.
