위성 통신 네트워크에 속하는 이동 지구국과 지상 통신 네트워크에 속하는 이동 지구국 간의 통신을 제공하는 위성 통신 시스템 및 방법이 제공된다. 위성 통신 시스템은, 이동 지구국의 위치 정보에 기초하여 이동 지구국이 지상 서비스의 커버리지 내에 포함되는지를 결정하고, 결정에 기초하여 이동 지구국에 사용 주파수 대역을 할당할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A communication system using a beam distribution multiplex connection method is provided to supply a communication service of high quality regardless of traffic of an aircraft. CONSTITUTION: A communication module forms a communication link with ground stations(250-270). The communication module supplies an AMS(Aeronautical Mobile Service) to aircrafts(201-206). The communication module transmits the signal strength of the ground station. The ground station forms a signal which is transmitted to the communication module in a beam type.

Disclosed are an adaptive satellite power transmission system for overcoming radio interference, and a communications method thereof. The adaptive satellite power transmission system according to the present invention comprises a reference value determining part for determining a reference value of ratio of signal to interference for each beam coverage of a multi-beam satellite network system; an interference quantity determining part for determining an interference quantity for each beam coverage of the multi-beam satellite network system; a signal power determining part for determining signal power corresponding to each beam coverage based on the reference value determined by the reference value determining part and the interference quantity determined by the interference quantity determining part; and a signal power allocating part for allocating the signal power determined by the signal power determining part to each beam and communicating with each base station. 위성, 지상보조장치(Ancillary Terrestrial Component: ATC), 이동위성단말기(Mobile Earth Station: MES)를 포함하여 구성된 이동위성업무용(Mobile Satellite Service: MSS) 위성 시스템에 있어서, 위성은 지상보조장치로 고정위성업무(Fixed Satellite Service: FSS)용 주파수의 신호를 전송하고 이동위성단말기로 MSS용 주파수의 신호를 전송한다. 이동위성단말기는 위성이 전송하는 신호의 세기가 기준치 이상일 경우 이를 수신하고, 신호의 세기가 기준치보다 작을 경우 지상보조장치로 정보전송 요구와 함께 이동위성단말기의 위치좌표와 속도정보를 전송한다. 지상보조장치는 이동위성단말기의 위치좌표와 속도정보를 이용하여 빔포밍 알고리즘을 적용하여 지향성을 향상시킨 신호를 정보전송을 요구한 이동위성단말기로 전송한다. 위성통신, MSS, ATC, 빔포밍, 지상보조장치

PURPOSE: A satellite system for MSS(Mobile Satellite Service) is provided to use a beam forming algorithm which is used for signal transmission to a mobile terminal and to enhance the directivity about a desired direction. CONSTITUTION: A satellite(210) transmits the first signal of first frequency to an ATC(Ancillary Terrestrial Component)(220). The satellite transmits the second signal of second frequency to an MES(Mobile Earth Station). The ATC applies a beam forming algorithm to the first signal of a satellite. The ATC transmits the third signal of second frequency. The satellite receives the third signal of the ATC.
