Disclosed is an active life management service providing method in which an ICT terminal and a vehicle are linked. The active life management service providing method in which an ICT terminal and a vehicle are linked comprises the following steps: receiving a message regarding credit card usage history to the ICT terminal; transmitting the credit card usage history analyzed by the ICT terminal to a cloud computer; analyzing life patterns and interests of a user by data mining the credit card usage history, by the cloud computer; transmitting user information including departure time, destination and spare time of the vehicle to the cloud computer by the ICT terminal; and analyzing the user information to produce schedule information based on the spare time and transmitting the same to the ICT terminal, by the cloud computer.

The present invention is to calculate a workload on a driver based on the tendency, characteristics, and attitudes for driving of the driver, the distraction of the driver, whether or not the driver has a conversation, the level of the conversation, vehicle operation information collected when a driver drives a vehicle, map information, and GPS information. The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for providing a workload map capable of facilitating safe driving by making the driver drive on a driving path that the driver can drive with a low workload while providing drive path information related to the workload to the driver while saving the workload after linking to the map information and generating the workload map.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for executing a convenient function in a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to execute the convenient function with a simple hand gesture of a driver, thereby preventing being disturbed when executing the convenient function while driving the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for executing a convenient function in a vehicle based on a driver gesture includes a gesture input unit(100), a reference gesture generating unit(200), a gesture determining unit(300), a command converting unit(400) and a function executing unit(500). The gesture input unit receives the driver gesture as an input in order to execute the convenient function in the vehicle. The reference gesture generating unit receives a reference gesture predefined according to the convenient function and stores a reference gesture model after modeling the reference gesture. The gesture determining unit compares the driver gesture inputted in the gesture input unit with the reference gesture model stored in the reference gesture generating unit and recognizes the driver gesture after distinguishing the driver gesture. The command converting unit converts the driver gesture recognized by the gesture determining unit into a command for executing a corresponding convenient function. The function executing unit executes the convenient function in the vehicle according to the command converted by the command converting unit. PURPOSE: A terminal control device of a driver and a method thereof are provided to prevent traffic accident and promote safety of a driver. CONSTITUTION: Situation information of a driver and driving situation information of a car are recognized(S203,S205). Based on situation information of a driver and driving situation information of a car, it is analyzed whether situation of a driver is a situate to receive a call from a sending terminal of an external side(S206). If a call is called from the sending terminal, control command of a call received by a driver is determined based on an analyzing result(S208~S209). According to the control command, call received by a terminal of a driver is controlled(S210).

PURPOSE: A system and a method for calculating a safety index which is related to vehicle operation are provided to offer more accurate safety index by measuring the safety index in various aspects and to prevent traffic accidents by making a driver recognize the exposure to a dangerous accident using the safety index. CONSTITUTION: A system for calculating a safety index which is related to the vehicle operation comprises: a plurality of information units(100-400) which produce an accident danger index corresponding to characteristic information and fatigue information of a driver and traffic accident statistic information; a safety index output unit(500) which produces the safety index on the basis of the produced accident danger index and decides a class corresponding to the produced safety index; an alarming unit(600) which outputs a warning message to the driver when the decided class does not correspond to a standard class; and a display unit(700) which displays the produced safety index in real time.

CONSTITUTION: A display and warning system of vehicle security information comprises a sensor(100), a display unit(200) and a room mirror(300). The sensor senses a flowing vehicle existing in the same lane. The display unit indicates the information of the flowing vehicle as right and left reversed form. The display unit stores the information of the flowing vehicle including an information module(210). The information module stores the security information of the vehicles corresponding to the information of the flowing vehicle. The display unit compares the information of the flowing vehicle and the security information including a compare module(220).

A system and a method for automatically producing an application protocol in a telematics service are provided to facilitate maintenance and repair of the protocol by preparing a profile of XML(eXtensible Markup Language) type. An XML parser(110) generates a plurality of element trees by parsing a plurality of profiles. If one among the plurality of element trees is generated based on the message profile, a message class generating unit(140) generates the message class from the element tree. If one among the plurality of element trees is generated based on the service use case profile, a service use case administration module generating unit(120) generates the service use case administration module from the element tree. If one among the plurality of element trees is generated based on the constant profile, a constant class generating unit(150) generates the constant class from the element tree.

An apparatus for managing the performance of a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) using path recovery notification on a wireless network comprises a path recovery managing unit(110), a path recovery notification managing unit(120), and a first packet transceiving unit(130). The path recovery managing unit detects that a mobile host is recovered in a temporary disconnection status and outputs a detection signal. The path recovery notification managing unit receives the detection signal and generates an ACK(Acknowledgment) packet for notifying the recovery status to a transmission party. The first packet transceiving unit transceives the generated ACK packet and a data packet.

A telematics-based home network control method is provided to be capable of controlling a home network by connecting to the home network using a telematics terminal, thereby offering a more convenient home network usage environment to a user. If the current location is decided as being within a set predetermined distance by using measured location information, a telematics terminal(110) inquires about whether to control a home network(S201). If a home network control request by a user is received, connection to the home network is demanded to a home server(130) according to authenticated results using ID information of the terminal(110)(S202,S203). Connection to a control target is demanded to the home server(130) according to a control request for the control target included in the home network, so that the control target is controlled(S204-S208).
