본 발명은, 디지털화된 건축물 정보와 건축물 내의 동적 관리 자원 정보를 통합하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 건축 설계 또는 시공 단계에서 구축된 건축물 관련 디지털 정보와 건축물 내의 각종 센서 및 디바이스, 네트워크, 서비스와 같이 동적으로 관리되는 자원들의 정보를 통합하여 관리하기 위하여, 디지털화된 건축물 정보와 건축물과 관련된 하나 이상의 동적 자원으로부터 수집된 동적 자원 정보에 대하여 각각 자원 객체를 생성하여 그 리스트를 유지 및 관리하며, 이를 바탕으로 각 자원 객체 사이의 관계를 나타내는 자원 관계 객체의 통합 맵을 생성, 유지 및 관리한다.

The present invention relates to a method for selecting a wavelength of an optical network terminal in a passive optical network, comprising: a usage wavelength candidate selecting step where a prestored basic wavelength is selected as a usage wavelength candidate or a wavelength is changed and the changed wavelength is selected as a usage wavelength candidate in a case that a predetermined wavelength changing condition is satisfied; a downward synchronizing step where frame synchronization is obtained for a downward signal having the same wavelength as the selected usage wavelength candidate; and a terminal registering step where a registration request message is transmitted to an optical line terminal (OLT) which has transmitted the downward signal in the case that the frame synchronization is obtained, and allocating the usage wavelength candidate as a usage wavelength used in communications with the optical line terminal and registering the usage wavelength in the optical line terminal in a case that a registration admission message is received from the optical line terminal.

PURPOSE: A hybrid passive optical network (PON) system is provided to render a hybrid wavelength division multiplexing (WDM)/time division multiplexing (TDM) passive optical network (PON) system using an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) optical modem. CONSTITUTION: A seed light source (105) outputs a seed light having a predetermined wavelength. An optical transmitter modulates the seed light generated from the seed light source using a reflective modulator and transmits a modulated OFDM downstream optical signal to at least one optical network unit (ONU). An optical receiver receives an OFDM upstream signal from the at lest one ONU.

PURPOSE: A wavelength non-dependence optical source operating apparatus is provided to optimally operate wavelength non-dependence optical sources based on the identified wavelength values by using a wavelength identification signal. CONSTITUTION: A seed optical signal generation unit(130) creates one or more seed optical signals based on wavelength identification signals(121~123). A wavelength optical detecting unit(170) detects the wavelength identification signals from the created seed optical signals. An extraction unit(180) extracts wavelength values matched with the detected wavelength identification signal. The extraction unit extracts the operation condition of a wavelength-independent optical source matched with the extracted wavelength values.
