Disclosed are a method for managing multi-level problems using a problem suspicious state in a multi-level optical transmission system and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for managing multi-level problems comprises the steps of defining a problem suspicious state with a risk of problems; and changing the problem states of remaining brother devices into problem suspicious states to stop the admission of quality assurance services until suspicion of problems is resolved if a device with a problem has a lower class device and a problem occurs or is suspected in brother devices associated with the lower class device.

A reserved resource designation unit(12) designates the extracted available resource as a reserved resource to be used for setting a data transmission path. PURPOSE: A service connecting method, a user authenticating apparatus and a terminal using a simple authentication are provided to prevent unnecessary resource abuse by reducing a service connection time. CONSTITUTION: A service connection device(110) requires authentication information to a terminal(140) according to a connection request of the terminal. The service connection device transmits the authentication information to a user authentication system(120). A user authentication part authenticates the terminal based on the authentication information. The user authentication part allows connection of the terminal if the authentication is successful. Then, the terminal attempts a connection to the service providing apparatus(130).

PURPOSE: A packet-optical integration switch offering an OAM function for a multilayer transmission service supply is provided to perform the OAM function for supplying multi-layer transmission service and manage communication network. CONSTITUTION: An OAM manager(122) manages class trouble information collected through the OAM agent. A message communication unit(123) interfaces the messages. The messages are the interval of the OAM agent and OAM manager.

CONSTITUTION: If a service effective quality about an offered service is not satisfied with, a user terminal(110) transmits the service effective quality feedback information in which the service decrease in order satisfaction is marked. A service management server(130) establishes the service feature information showing the property of the service. If the service effective quality feedback information is received from the user terminal, the service managing server updates the service feature information. A service path and resource management server(140) assigns route and resources of a service.

PURPOSE: A route setting method for applying the reliability weight without a division or a category of the wired/wireless converged network is provided to efficiently set up the optimal path by applying the reliability weight to each node. CONSTITUTION: Nodes having a bandwidth performing data transmission are selected in nodes in wired/wireless converged network(S10). The test packets for test are transmitted to the selected nodes. The reliability of each node is measured(S20). The data transmission path is instituted based on the reliability(S30). When the reliability is measured, the packets for test are transmitted.
