Abstract: Provided are a filler injecting type reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure and a construction method of the rigid wall structure forming an assembling structure to rigidly resist the horizontal road and the bending of a reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall by rigidly connecting a reinforcing bar in upper and lower connecting parts of a precast concrete panel (PC panel); forming a load transferring structure by inducing the wall and the fill-up soil to be integrated by an injected filler; solving a problem of the weakness of a joint in the event of PC panel connecting construction; facilitating rapid construction; not required to install a mold; minimizing concrete casted in the construction site. The filler injecting type reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure includes: a fill-up soil; a batter board which is a steel net installed when fill-up soil is formed, prevents verticality and fill-up soil runoff on a steep slope, and is installed to ensure the stability of the filled-up soil during construction and after construction; ready-made precast concrete panels (PC panel) forming the reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure by being arranged on top of each other and assembled each other; connecting materials connecting the batter boards formed on the filled-up soil and the PC panel, respectively; and a filler injected between the reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure and the filled-up soil. The filler induces the reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure and the filled-up soil to be integrated and transfers the load applied to the filled-up soil to the reinforcing road bed precast rigid wall structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a complex reinforced wall for supporting a reinforced roadbed and a construction method for the same. The complex reinforced wall is installed on the front of the reinforced roadbed to support the front of the reinforced roadbed constructed by pilling earth materials such as soil and gravel with a reference frame. A prefabricated precast concrete panel and cast in place concrete are integrally composed so that the complex reinforced wall can be suddenly constructed in short time without a mold.
