Abstract:
A surface connection type precast reinforced roadbed rigid wall structure and a method for constructing the same are provided to induce the integration of a reinforced roadbed rigid wall and an embankment and to form a load transmission structure by connecting precast concrete panels (PC panels) and backfilling material by a surface connection method and by injecting filling material between the reinforced roadbed rigid wall and the embankment, and are also provided to easily stack the precast concrete panels into the reinforced roadbed rigid wall with flexural rigidity by continuously arranging the reinforcing bars of the reinforced roadbed rigid wall using the flat ducts formed inside the precast concrete panels. The surface connection type precast reinforced roadbed rigid wall structure comprises: the embankment; a foundation part buried in the ground and having a foundation part protruding reinforcing bars vertically formed in the same; a reference frame having a reference connecting plate, used as a welded metal mesh installed when the embankment is formed, preventing verticality and soil leakage on a slope having a severe gradient, and installed to secure the stability of the embankment under and after construction; the precast concrete panels having the flat ducts and embedded plates, assembled to be stacked each other, and forming the reinforced roadbed rigid wall; and the filling material injected between the reinforced roadbed rigid wall and the embankment, wherein the precast concrete panels are connected to the reference frame by the surface connection method.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cross-sectional underground transverse structure which crosses the area below a railway and a construction method thereof. The underground transverse structure according to the present invention, which crosses the area below a railway, includes: a double arch structure (1) which is built to form a convex arch shape to form a transverse space; and a rigidity reinforcing roadbed (2) which forms the roadbed formed on top of the double arch structure (1) to support the track of the railway.

본 발명은 기기준틀을 이용하여 토사, 자갈 등의 지반재료들을 적층하여 구축되는 보강노반의 정면을 지지하기 위하여 보강노반의 정면에 설치되는 벽체로서, 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널과 현장 타설 콘크리트가 일체로 합성된 구성을 가짐으로써 거푸집의 사용 없이 빠른 시간 내에 급속시공이 가능한 강성복합벽체 및 이를 시공하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
