Abstract: A pressure balance with a non-rotation piston is provided to perform accurate measurement by measuring force while moving a piston up and down. A pressure balance with a non-rotation piston includes a piston(1), a cylinder(2), and a moving unit(3). The piston is provided with a weight-holder(5) to put a weight(4) thereon. The cylinder is supported by a housing(6) and connected to a pressure room(61) supplied with oil pressure or air pressure through a passage. The piston is installed in the cylinder to be movable up and down. The moving unit is installed at one side of the cylinder to move up and down the cylinder, where the moving unit is a piezoelectric disk whose thickness is changed by power supplied through a power connection terminal.

Abstract: An automatic weight transfer apparatus and an automatic weight transfer pressure calibration system therewith are provided to lift up and down weights accurately according to the desired weight by operating an input unit one time. An automatic weight transfer pressure calibration system includes an input unit inputting a selection signal selecting mass of weights(700) or a release signal releasing the selection signal, a weight transfer control unit gripping and lifting the rest weights by leaving the weights according to the selection signal and returning the weights according to the release signal, a gripping unit holding the weights by the weight transfer control unit, and a vertical transfer unit moving up and down the gripping unit. The griping unit has an air cylinder(410) and a fitting sill(420) attached to an end of a piston of the air cylinder. The vertical transfer unit has a lead screw(510) penetrating the gripping unit, a fixing bar(520) arranged in parallel with the lead screw by penetrating the gripping unit, an upper plate(540) fixing the lead screw and the fixing bar, and a rotating unit turning the lead screw.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum gauge using carbon nanometer tubes is provided to exactly measure a vacuum pressure by allowing electrons to be emitted. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum gauge using carbon nanometer tubes includes a vacuum vessel(100), a base, a carbon tube layer(300), a grid(400), and a collector. The vacuum vessel(100) has a connection port in such a manner that gas molecular is introduced. The base is formed on an inner surface of the vacuum vessel(100). The carbon tube layer(300) has a plurality of carbon nano-tubes and emits electrons according to applying negative voltage. The collector is arranged on the grid(400) by a predetermined interval and collects positive ions stemmed from impact of electrons.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A force compensating apparatus having a dual coil structure is provided to maximally utilize mechanical characteristics by precisely compensating for an error generated during a measurement process. CONSTITUTION: A force compensating apparatus includes a magnetic force generation module(30) having a first coil(32) and a second coil(33). Current is applied to the first and second coils(32,33) through an open-loop and a control loop, respectively. A leverage(20), which is varied depending on load applied to a weight pan(10), is compensated by means of magnetic force generated from the first coil(32). A main rod is fixed at a lower portion of the weight pan(10). One end of the leverage(20) linked to a side of the main load. First and second support rods(11,12) are positioned at upper and lower portions of the leverage(20) in parallel to each other.
