Abstract:
PURPOSE: A magnetostrictive transducer module for converting guided ultrasonic-waves is provided to enable a measuring point to be freely changed since a separate ferromagnetic material is not needed in measuring a variety of points. CONSTITUTION: A magnetostrictive transducer module for converting guided ultrasonic-waves comprises a case(1), a coil(2), a bias magnet(3) and a yoke(4). One side of the case is open and a wire connecting unit(11) is formed on the opposite side of the opening. The coil is installed in the case and generates magnetic field when the guided ultrasonic-waves are sent. The coil measures magnetic field, which is guided when the guided ultrasonic-waves are received. The bias magnets are installed on both sides of the coil and apply electromagnetic field to a ferromagnetic material. Fixed blades(41) are formed on both sides of the yoke, which make contact with the bias magnets.

PURPOSE: A line contact magnetostriction transducer for omnidirectional horizontal shear bulk acoustic wave conversion is provided to easily perform a non-destructive inspection of a sample. CONSTITUTION: A magnetostriction member (100) with a ferromagnetic material closely installs a plate structure end surface (110) with a surface of a sample. An insulator (200) is arranged in a side of the magnetostriction member. A meander coil(300) has a plurality of coil lines extended in the parallel direction to the end surface on the insulator, connects the adjacent coil line so that current flows in the opposite direction with each other and generates a dynamic magnetic field with respect to the magnetostriction member. PURPOSE: A magnetostrictive transducer for omnidirectional shear horizontal wave conversion is provided to generate a shear horizontal wave across all the directions of a contacted test piece. CONSTITUTION: A magnetostrictive transducer includes a waveguide(10), a magnetostrictive patch(20), a coil(30), and a magnet(40). A cylindrical waveguide is equipped with a circular cross section and a contact terminal which contacts with a test piece. One or more ring-shaped grooves with different sizes are formed around a central point. The magnetostrictive patch is made of a ferromagnetic material and attached to the waveguide along a circumferential surface. The coil forms a dynamic magnetic field passing through the inside of the waveguide. The magnet forms a static magnetic field in the circumferential direction of the waveguide.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating different kinds of micro particles using ultrasound wave is provided to discharge different kinds of micro particles through different discharging paths by separating the micro particles according to the size, the density, and the compressed ratio, of the micro particles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating different kinds of micro particles using ultrasound wave includes a micro-channel(10), an ultrasound wave generator(16), a reflector(18), and a controller(20). Two inlets(12a, 12b) are formed at one side of the micro-channel, and different kinds of micro particles and fluid are introduced through the inlets. Two outlets(14a, 14b) are formed at the opposite side of the micro-channel. A single transferring path(32) and a branched transferring path(34) are formed in the micro-channel. The ultrasound wave generator applies ultrasound wave to the fluid and the different kinds of micro particles. The reflector reflects the ultrasound wave. The controller controls the frequency sweep of ultrasound standing wave applied to the micro-channel.

본 발명은 유도초음파 기반 비파괴 검사시 강자성 물질을 전단 커플런트로 착탈 가능하게 함으로써, 설치가 용이하고 검사지점을 자유롭게 이동할 수 있으며, 재활용이 어려운 강자성 물질의 소모를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 전체 구성요소를 하나로 모듈(module)화 하여 강자성 박판과 코일 및 바이어스 자석 사이의 상대적인 위치가 일정하게 유지되게 함으로써 트랜스듀서의 민감도가 검사시 마다 변동되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 유도초음파 변환용 자기변형 트랜스듀서 모듈에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 유도초음파 변환용 자기변형 트랜스듀서 모듈은 일측이 개방되고, 개부의 반대측에는 도선 커넥터 연결부가 형성된 통체 형상의 케이스와 ; 상기 케이스 내부에 설치되고 유도초음파 송신시 가진 자기장을 발생시키거나 유도초음파 수신시 유도되는 자기장을 측정하는 코일과 ; 상기 코일의 양측에 설치되어 강자성 물질에 정자기장이 인가되도록 바이어스 자기장을 발생시키는 바이어스자석들과 ; 상기 바이어스자석들과 맞닫는 양측 단부가 일측으로 돌출되고, 중앙에 지지대 삽입홈 부가 형성된 요크와 ; 상기 요크가 끼워지는 요크 삽임홈이 형성되고, 상기 요크를 케이스의 내부에 안정적으로 고정되게 지지하는 내부 지지대와 ; 강한 자기변형성(magnetostriction)을 지닌 강자성 박판을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 유도초음파, 트랜스듀서, 모듈, 자기변형, 박판, 자석, 코일
