    Abstract: PURPOSE: An L-shaped fixture for a thermal vacuum test and a satellite supporting apparatus having the same are provided to support a satellite in a horizontal position and minimize affects on the satellite during the thermal vacuum test. CONSTITUTION: An upper support(111) is provided on one side of a satellite(10) in order to secure the satellite in a horizontal position. A lower support(112) is coupled with the upper support to form an L-shaped feature and supports the upper support and the satellite. A reflector(113) is provided on a part of the lower support which is opposite to the satellite and reflects heat to outside. The upper and lower supports and the reflector is formed out of an aluminum material with a polished surface.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A real time orbit determination system in a time-synchronous service using a geostationary satellite and its method are provided to minimize position error of the satellite. CONSTITUTION: A measurement time supply apparatus(1) supplies a reference time. A personal computer(2) has a computer program to determine a position of a satellite by measuring synchronous signal receiving information from a time-synchronous signal receiver station(12) and to make the position of the satellite and time code. A time-synchronous signal generator(3) generates a time-synchronous signal. A time-synchronous signal transmitter station(5) transmits the time-synchronous signal to a satellite(6), and receives the synchronous signal receiving information from the time-synchronous signal receiver station and then transfers it to the personal computer. A transceiver equipment(7) transfers the time-synchronous signal from the satellite to a signal analysis apparatus(8) and transmits the synchronous signal receiving information to the satellite again. A measurement reference time supply apparatus(9) supplies the reference time. A time interval measurement apparatus(10) measures time interval by comparing the time-synchronous signal with the reference time. And the time-synchronous signal receiver station system comprises a personal computer(11) calculating a delay time of the synchronous signal using position information of a satellite and transmitting the synchronous signal receiving information to the satellite communication transceiver equipment(7).
