본 발명은 4-카르복실 벤즈알데히드 또는 이의 알킬에스테르(메틸 4-포밀벤조에이트)를 제공하는 단계; 상기 4-카르복실 벤즈알데히드 또는 이의 알킬에스테르(메틸 4-포밀벤조에이트)를 히드록시 아민과 반응시켜 옥심화시키는 단계; 및 상기 옥심화된 메틸 4-히드록시이미노메틸벤조에이트를 팔라듐, 백금 및 로듐을 포함하는 혼합촉매 존재하에서 NaOH 용액 및 수소를 통하여 접촉 환원시키는 단계;를 포함하는 4-아미노메틸사이클로헥산 카르복실산을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 비교적 낮은 수소압력의 사용이 가능하며, 정제 과정도 간단하여 낮은 비용으로 고수율의 4-아미노메틸사이클로헥산 카르복실산의 제조가 가능한 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: An isosorbide fatty acid ester compound containing succinic acid or maleic acid is provided to show superior biodegradation because the compounds contain ester groups and to have excellent solubility in oil, thereby improving anti-rust performance. CONSTITUTION: An isosorbide fatty acid ester compound contains succinic acid of chemical formula 1 or maleic acid of chemical formula 2. A method for preparing the isosorbide fatty acid ester compounds comprises the step of making isosorbide fatty acid ester of chemical formula 6 react with succinic anhydride of chemical formula 7 or maleic anhydride of chemical formula 8. Oil contains the isosorbide fatty acid ester compounds as an anti-rust agent.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing metal cyclopentadienide is provided to ensure process safety using safe and cheap ingredients, and to reduce preparation cost and time. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing metal cyclopentadienide comprises the steps of: putting a solvent, alkali metal hydroxide, and cyclopentadienide in a reaction container with a cooler which is filled with a drying agent, and reacting by stirring at 130-300 deg. C (S1); and refluxing the mixture and removing water generated during the reaction (S2). The alkali metal hydroxide is potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of dialkyl ether (alkyl is C1-C20 alkyl), dialkyl ether of mono or diglycols (glycol is C1-C6 glycol, alkyl is C1-C10 alkyl), dimethyl sulfoxide, xylene, and methylene.

본 발명은 중온 아스팔트 개질제 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 PG 76-22 이상의 공용등급을 만족하는 중온 아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것으로서, 아마이드 왁스 1~70 중량%와 나머지 잔량은 분산제를 함유할 수 있으며, 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 50중량% 이하로 더 함유할 수 있는, 중온 아스팔트 개질제 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 중온 아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.

본 발명에 따라 셀룰로오스 수지에 식물유 유래 비방향족 고리형 다이머산 유도체를 친환경 가소제 또는 유동성 향상제로서 함유하는 생분해성 셀룰로오스 수지 조성물은, 수지 자체의 기계적 물성은 크게 저하됨이 없이 용융 온도 및 유리전이온도가 저하되어 가공성이 향상될 뿐만 아니라, 용융가공 시에 아세트산 등의 분해가 억제되어 제품에서의 악취가 방지되고 현저히 개선된 물성을 가질 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a dimer acid alkylene oxide-based nonionic surfactant derived from vegetable oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the surfactant is environmentally friendly and improves emulsification by containing hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl groups and hydrophobic groups such as cyclic hydrocarbon groups by preparing dimer acid alkylene diol ester by making dimer acid thermally polymerized in vegetable oil react with alkylene diol and adding alkylene oxide thereto.

본 발명은 염소가 용해가능한 유기용매 존재하에서, 메틸-4-포밀벤조에이트에 공기를 공급하면서 1 내지 3 당량(eq)의 염소 가스(Cl 2 )를 투입하는 염소화 반응을 통해 메틸-4-클로로포밀벤조에이트를 합성하는 단계; 상기 메틸-4-클로로포밀벤조에이트를 아미드화 반응을 통해 메틸-4-카바모일벤조에이트를 합성하는 단계; 및 상기 메틸-4-카바모일벤조에이트를 수용액 조건에서 호프만 반응을 진행하는 단계를 포함하는 p-아미노벤조산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 p-아미노벤조산의 제조방법은 기존에 알려진 공정의 제조단계를 감소시켜 목적화합물을 경제적이고 안정적으로 제조할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of highly pure unsaturated fatty acids is provided to remarkably improve the selectivity of separation, to reduce environmental load by reducing the generation amount of waste water, and to save energy costs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid comprises a step of obtaining glass fatty acid containing highly unsaturated fatty acid by hydrolyzing animal and plant oil waste resource (S1); a step of conducting an element adding-determination method to the mixture of urea and the glass fatty acid containing highly unsaturated fatty acid (S2); a step of adding a surfactant to a collected liquid phase and stirring the mixture (S3); and a step of cooling the liquid phase and separating a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid (S4).

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 4-aminomethyl cyclohexanecarboxylic acid is provided to manufacture high percent yield of 4-aminomethyl cyclohexanecarboxylic acid at a low cost since the method uses a relatively low hydrogen pressure and includes a simply purification process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 4-aminomethyl cyclohexanecarboxylic acid comprises the steps of: preparing 4-carboxybenzaldehyde or alkylester(methyl 4-formylbenzoate) thereof; oximating the 4-carboxybenzaldehyde or alkylester(methyl 4-formylbenzoate) thereof by reacting with hydroxyl amine; and contacting and reducing the oximated methyl 4-hydroxyiminomethylbenzoate by using an NaOH solution and hydrogen in the presence of a mixed catalyst including palladium, platinum, and rhodium.

PURPOSE: A norbornene dialkyl ester compound is provided to have excellent thermal stability while maintaining abrasion resistance, and to not contain heavy metal and toxic material. CONSTITUTION: A norbornene dialkyl ester compound is represented by chemical formula 1 which has a dialkyl dithiocarbamate group. In the chemical formula 1: each of R1 is C1-10 alkyl group; and each of R is C4-20 alkyl group or alkenyl group. A manufacturing method of the norbonene dialkyl ester compound comprises: a step of manufacturing a norbonene dialkyl ester by conduct a reaction of dialkyl maleate and dicyclopentadiene; and a step of conduct a reaction of the norbonene dialkyl ester with carbon disulfide and dialkyl amine.
