    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are cationic polymerization initiator containing sulfonyl amine amide, which dose not have ion structure of salt in molecular structure thereof, and a cationic polymerization composition containing the same, which can increase selectivity of oligomer synthesis. CONSTITUTION: The cationic polymerization initiator containing the sulfonyl amine amide is represented by the formula 1. And the cation polymerization composition contains 0.1-10 mol%(based on cation polymerization organic material) of the cation polymerization initiator(formula 1) containing the sulfonyl amine amide. In the formula, R1 is C1-C4 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, wherein phenyl is substituted by 1-4 substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen atom, R2 is C1-C5 alkyl, allyl, substituted or unsubstituted benzyl, wherein the benzyl is substituted by 1-5 substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy, nitro, and halogen atom.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sulfonylhydrazinium salt comprising a hydrazinium salt structure containing a sulfonyl group in its molecular structure, excellent in activity as compared to conventional polymerization initiators and having wide application area and capable of obtaining polyglycidylphenylether salt having a large molecular weight and cation polymerization composition containing the same are provided, which can be used for encapsulating, insulating and adhering electric, electronic parts. CONSTITUTION: A cation polymerization composition contains 0.01 to 10% by weight of sulfonylhydrazinium of formula 1 as a polymerization initiator in a cation polymerizable organic matter, wherein the cation polymerizable organic matter is one or two or more selected from epoxy resin, vinyl compounds, cyclic oxygen compounds and propyleneimine. In formula, R1 represents C1-6 alkyl, aryl or substituted or nonsubstituted benzyl in which the substituted benzyl group can be substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, nitro and halogen; R2 represents C1-C6 akyl or substituted or nonsubstituted phenyl in which the substituted phenyl group can be substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, nitro and halogen; and X represents SbF6, AsF6, PF6 BF4 or CF3COO.
